Disliked: Staff & service
No help from reception
The assistance from the receptionist was not very helpful. No one spoke any English so it was hard to navigate the area without assistance. The receptionist couldn't or wouldn't call a cab for us to go to our next destination and we had to stand on a street corner for almost 30 minutes before we went back into the hotel and insisted that the receptionist help us. We ended up flagging a cab on our own. Very unpleased at the assistance.
