Pas au niveau d’un mercure pour les services
C’est le seul hôtel « international » de la zone, je m’y suis déjà rendu 4 fois 2 semaines. On s’attend à avoir du personnel qui parle anglais, il n’en est rien. Il y avait un restaurant au début, il n’y a plus rien, même pas de room service. Depuis que je réserve par Hôtels.com, j’ai à chaque fois une double facturation. La salle de sport est ouverte au public extérieur à l’hôtel, elle est bondée. Sinon, le petit déjeuner est correct (sans plus), l’hôtel est très propre et calme, bonne literie. Seulement une chaîne de tv en langue française, mais c’est du chinois traduit. Ça n’a de Mercure que le nom, pas le niveau de service ni le côté international. Un courtyard doit ouvrir à côté prochainement, je pence que ça va tuer le Mercure…
