"My stay at Conrad was amazing. I haven’t come back to Shenyang since 2018. This hotel made me feel like home. Wanted to thanks to Hong Ma, she is such a lovely lady, very knowledgeable and helpful. Her smile made my day. I would absolutely stay again!!!"

"Great service. Knowing it’s my parents’ 77th birthday, the staff presented a fruit plate given we checked in late and bakery is closed that they couldn’t present a cake. Very much appreciated the ease of checking in and out and nice amenities."

My trip was primarily to meet the family of my fiancee. They and everyone else I encountered treated me, a lone American, with absolute courtesy and respect. Despite my family's concerns, I never felt unsafe even though many of our walks were late.
