"The inside of the room was spotless! Very hot shower and very comfortable bed. Room had been updated. Outside of building was missing paint from salt water and concrete needed pressure washing BUT once inside in all areas, including the nice hot tub and pool area.. spotless.. we will return in the summer since the beach rafting is so nice "

"I loved the convenience to the beach and the Amenities. I want management to hear this though. If you’re going to charge 18$ a shot of Don Julio tequila you’re not doing your bartender any service. They work for tips!! Also you ran out of bourbon when I got there and had bottom shelf. Your breakfast was really sub par in variety. And quality unless you want to eat a waffle everyday. "Everything was wonderful in my stay, the excellent staff, on one of my days of lodging I lost my car keys and everyone helped me very kindly to get them, it is a very safe, clean, comfortable place, if you are thinking of going to Panama City without thinking about it this is the place!"

"3 days and the staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was great. Room Was quiet and nicely appointed. No complaints and the view was beautiful. We were very early but the lady Say I believe was her name made an effort to find us the same room that was already cleaned a few stories higher which was perfect. Overall a very nice experience. "

"The remote control for the TV did not work. We took it to the front desk for a new battery. He said that he would have to have maintenance look at it. He never showed up. There was a massive storm with tornado alarms going off so we wanted to see the weather channel...to see if it was for the hotel area or back home's area. "

"Garbage was overflowing. Handicap spots farther away then the gold guest?? Hard to find on GPS not sure building faces adequately to not have you get lost in the other parts where there are condos and timeshares."

"Loved my unit!! Very clean and there were a lot of nearby places dining,gas, and activities!"

"We had a few minor issues, Vacasa responded immediately to assist us. The only feedback was lack of extra bedding like a blanket in the bed or an extra blanket. Our bedroom was right off the walkway and needed room darkening curtains as the blinds didn’t block the light but that is more if a personal issue that I need full dark to sleep, Vacasa was very good, woukd rent again. "
