"Had the most relaxing weekend away in this beautiful cottage. Perfect locations for pubs, restaurants shops, walks, Chatsworth Christmas market and easy local buses to Bakewell. Liz was a fantastic host and helped so much. She recommended places to visit, eat and even provided us with takeaway options. "Very well renovated, cosy cottage with lots of nice original features. Some interesting walks from the village but other than that not much there to do. But short drives (about 30 mins) to many lovely places to visit. Great communication from owner. Upstairs bedrooms very luxurious but downstairs bedroom a bit cramped. Really lovely welcome basket. "

Stunning views out of every window and 2 large secure paddocks that you can let your 4 legged friend enjoy with no fear of them getting out. "We have just returned from a wonderful relaxing stay in this beautiful cottage which has been decorated and laid out to a very high standard. Everything in the cottage had been thought of to enhance and make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable - The welcome basket was also a lovely additional touch.
