Plenty of room and comfortable accommodations for extended families. Options for each person to just chill on one of the decks or fish or paddle board or kayak or just watch TV.

What an awesome place for our family.
This was an ideal place for our family to be together. There was lots of spaces we could use to play games. Plenty of space we could find sanctuary to be alone when we needed to be. We would stay there again in a moment.

Mancation fishing trip
The house setup is great. We enjoyed sitting on the covered decks with a great view overlook the Waxahatchie. The flat top grill was a big hit. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. Great location .

This house is amazing!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were plenty of beds for us to spread out and the deck and lake view was wonderful. We look forward to booking this property again next year for our Board's retreat and meeting.

Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. The children loved the dock and lake area and the adults loved all of the areas to gather and enjoy the company. We decided we would love to stay again next summer.

Great place for our family gathering. Very spacious with plenty of beds, bathrooms and well stocked. Beautiful view of the water with lots of dock space, chairs, tables and kayaks. Great host -Chip Daily responded back quickly when messaged.

Family Christmas celebration
Very comfortable and welcoming home. We found everything we needed and more. It was a great location for family from Nashville, Chattanooga and Atlanta to join our part of the family that live in Calera AL which is only a half hour away. Love it and glad we choose this house!

Awesome Family Getaway
This is a great place for families to gather. There are lots of beds and bathrooms and a great kitchen. There is ample space for gathering to eat together and play games. Also has places for privacy and to take a break from everything. Nice access to the lake for swimming and playing. The kitchen is well equipped. We all enjoyed our weekend and would definitely stay here again.

We been to this house for several years, ants every year, worse this year. Trash under beds, dishwasher was dirty,ice machine didnt work host didnt reply about it. Bedroom door dont shut all the way. Ac didnt work last night and flooded hall

Top Notch Getaway
During our 6 day stay, we had such a fun and memorable time. The house has EVERYTHING! There are coffee pots, a French press and a coffee grinder. Also, any appliance you might need and several sets of dishes. The huge kitchen grill/griddle we used more than the stove for preparing food for 7-15 people. We brought jet skis and used the dock to launch. We used the paddle board and kayaks and fished every day. Truly a great place to gather.

Beautiful spot for a small wedding or gathering!
Chip’s place is a beautiful, peaceful lake front property with SO much space. We held rehearsal and a small wedding/reception here with about 50-60 people and the wedding party was able to stay here for the weekend (about 20 people) and it slept everyone comfortably! The kitchen is beautiful and huge and has everything you would need and there was a large, beautiful dining room table. It has several bathrooms and is equipped with a washer and dryer (and plenty of towels/wash rags/etc). The check in and checkout process was super simple. Chip was very responsive and overly accommodating and we could not have asked for a better host. The fire pit was a big hit on the chilly nights. The patio was everyone’s favorite place because of the beautiful views of the lake and the serene setting. The living room was very cozy and the guys enjoyed the setting to kick back and watch football. We will never forgot the memories made here, and I would highly recommend this gem to anyone!!

Feels like home!
This lakehouse really feels like someone's home and not a sterile vacation property. The furniture is comfortable and mismatched, the kitchen has an amazing flat top, and the lake acces is perfect
