"What a jewel of a property! You have the feeling that you are much, much further away from the city than you are when staying at Mt. Alverno. The hotel itself is stunning, and full of surprises. The staff made us feel more than welcome, and we had the treat of a little history lesson about the property from the Head of dining. I would return in a heartbeat. "

"NO ONE should book with this person - he cancelled on me and my family of 35 people LESS than an hour before our stay because he said he has just found out a few minutes before out check in that the heat in the house was not working. Then he was trying to take our money and offer us a much smaller less appealing looking place for 35 people which would have been impossible to fit anyways. And its been over a weeks time and i have still NOT received my refund. Do NOT make the same mistake I did, this person then listed his house back on the app the same hour. "

"Our hockley valley winter getaway was lovely. The cottage was clean, charming and cozy. The host even welcomed our pups ! Every room was well equipped and our linens and towels were fresh. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Ski was minutes away. We highly recommend and will be back ;) Thank you so much for being such a great host!"
