Poor service and facilities
"Did not have hot water. They tried telling me that it will be fixed in 5 minutes but even after two hours it was not fixed. I had to leave without shower. the customer service was not very responsive nor any attempt was made to fix the issue or offer any alternative."

"It was not at all good experience. I booked AC room, and the disgusting part, AC was not functioning properly. Morever the manager said we do not gurantee power backup for AC. Only fan was working during power outage. You cannot expect if you have paid for AC room which has been given the top floor ..."
