"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Its currently being rebranded to the Hilton. All the staff were very pleasant esp. the breakfast staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Big variety of dishes. Our room was on the 34th floor overlooking the Nile and could see the pyramids from our balcony. An overall pleasant stay."

"I recently stayed at Mena House, a hotel known for its outstanding service, which is why I was surprised by a disappointing experience with one of the garage security staff members. The security person “Ashraf” spoke to me in a very rude and loud manner, which felt unprofessional and unsettling. Additionally, after making me pay for parking, he handed me a piece of paper instead of an official receipt. Aside from this issue, I must say that the rest of the staff I interacted with inside the hotel were friendly, respectful, and attentive, meeting the high standards Mena House is known for. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure that every part of the hotel experience remains as professional as expected. "
