"新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。"

"The hosts were amazing and friendly. Language was a bit of a barrier but the staff had good grasp of English to have engaging conversations. They were also very accomodating to our needs as well. The rooftop view of the Pyramids is one of the highlights. And the Pyramids are a walking distance too from the lodge if you are into that kind of thing. Otherwise you can get one of the horse drawn carriages Pharaoh style to get there. All in all, solid 5 stars"

"Nice hotel in the heart of Giza with the view on the pyramids from the room and the rooftop. Very good breakfast and kind family running the hotel. They will be happy to help with any question. Me and my husband had a very nice stay. The hotel is level 11"

"Amazing hospitality. Mohammad the owner is very kind. View of the pyramids is brilliant especially during breakfast and the entrance is a 10 minute easy walk from the hotel. Great value, lovely breakfast and lovely staff!"

"Its scams. Just dirty apartment in narrow unsafe street.. no sign shows its hotel..I didn't stay there when I seen this scary place. Expedia should investigate this scam place and reporting the ministry for scamming people. I'm waiting for my full refund. Location and pictures is fake when you book. Be careful everyone "

"We stayed at Golden Tulip as a family, they were welcoming and late check-in was not a problem. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were small for a family. Overall the stay was good, but the only down side is communication: 1st: The website stated that I don't have to pay until I am at the property and that I could cancel till the 30th of December, they called my number at night saying that I have to make a bank transfer in the morning otherwise my booking would be canceled, which is so...

"Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return"

"Ali was an incredible host. I stayed here on a recent trip to see the Pyramids in Giza on July 21, 2024. I landed late from Luxor and stayed here overnight to see the Giza complex. "The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. There was no convenience store near the property and only one seeshabar/restaurant near the property which did not offer any breakfast. Our unit was comfortable though and the layout was functional. The storage room’s floor had constructed debris on the floor. The locker/safe in the unit was not functional and there were no instructions either. "
