Remarkable and spacious furnished apartment providing a modern and comfortable living. Staying in this apartment keeps you at the centre of Sheffield and very close to the train station, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. This particular apartment benefits from a massive floor to ceiling windows. With a brilliant white and grey tone, fully equipped kitchen, hotel standard beddings and the cosiness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and small families.
The space
Nestled within this new build residential development is this larger than average apartment studio. This ground floor apartment is full of soothing white and grey tones with a sprinkle of yellow woodwork, opulent furnishing and décor to give you a relaxing stay in the steel city of Sheffield. There's free street parking right in front of the building and an optional gated underground parking which you can reserve after booking.

Providing an open plan living area with a two-seater sofa. A smart 43" TV connected to the internet for guest entertainment. the high 8-foot floor to ceiling windows surely spot the spaces letting in light and fresh air. There are room darkening shades to provide a perfect environment to stay tucked in bed.

The sleeping area has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside lamp for convenience. There's a dedicated wifi connection for the apartment and an iron and ironing board is provided in the closet.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all amenities including Tea, coffee condiments, fridge freezer, microwave grill oven, and all cooking utensils and basic cooking spices to suit long-term guests and short-stay nomads.

The bathroom has a shower and all toiletries and towels are provided including a hairdryer.

Theres limited free street parking right in front of the building. there's also an optional underground parking in the building for £5/day.
Guest access
Guest have full access to the apartment, the laundry area and a gated underground parking which can be reserved after booking.
Other things to note
Ideally, we would request that guests keep the noise/music to a minimum during the quiet periods 8pm to 8am, in consideration of other guests.
