"The property was perfectly situated for easy access to/from Durban airport (max. 15 minutes drive away on nearby N2). Staff were friendly and helpful and check-in/out was easy. Nice (basic) swimming pool which was welcome on a hot & sticky day. Basic food/drinks (snacks) were available and were perfectly acceptable to us. It was very convenient as a transit stop and would be happy to stay again in the location for that reason. There were only a very few minor issues noted - although tea/coffee was available, no water was provided in the room. The air-conditioner was fully functional but deafening! We would recommend for all the positive reasons above and the stay suited our requirements well."

"The mattresses are not hotel quality and the shower head needed a good cleaning due to the quality of water in the area, also, the door access device didn't work and needed reprogramming in order to get into the room initially... so small aspects can make a huge difference - otherwise a great place!"

"Really not happy with the site, when we got at the accommodation it had new people staying there spoke to an agent on the online chat I was told my case will be escalated and I would be refunded my money. Had to look for a new place to stay as the one I booked had new residence living there."

"The apartment was clean but the actual beds were disgusting . They were like sleeping on a plank of wood . If one cannot sleep then the you have a terribble night . Paying good money to sleep on a hard piece of wood . This hotel needs to invest in comfortablw beds otherwise they should close down "

"Waited for ages to get in property. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar in the room NO TOWELS OR SOAP! NOT EVEN HAND SOAP AT BASIN. NO WATER IN THE MORNING. COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH TOILET."
