"The owner was very responsive. Always love a code to access a house. There are a ton of stairs (as clearly stated) to get up to the top. The main room is nice and light with a terrific view. The kitchen had everything we wanted (electric griddle for pancakes), coffee machine, toaster, microwave, tea kettle for hot cocoa. There were tons of cups, plates and cutlery. "Myself, husband, and kids stayed for 4 days in the heat of summer. There's no ac (we knew that already when we booked) so it works fine if you plan on being out enjoying the lakes during the day, which we did. I'd suggest having 1 or 2 more fans available for air flow. It was already pretty uncomfortably warm inside by 9am and another fan would make sleeping more comfortable. My only real complaint would be pet hair on all the furniture. We didn't feel comfortable sitting on the sofa or widow...

"We did not expect a 2 story condo with 1.5 baths, a kitchen and 2 balconies decks. It was beautiful in the pine trees and you could hear a pin drop. There was a gas bbq and a wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi. It is an older property that could use some screen doors to open some sliders and a few repairs with kitchen drawers that fell out. We should have brought salt, pepper, foil as we did not bring some of these basics. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would like to return again. "
