It was a good jumping off point for day trips to Galway and Shannon, and lots of sightseeing in between. Sally was a great host, and very quickly responded to a couple of requests we had. "This was a lovely property in every way. Three spacious bedrooms, conservatory with a beautiful view, a cozy warm home, especially when coming back from a damp day. Bertie was very generous with her ‘welcome’ food basket, we hardly needed to go shopping. It is about a 10 minute drive from Miltown Malbay so don’t expect to be walking into town though. But once you’ve spent your day exploring, spending the evening at home was quite nice"

"Modernist and comfortable self catering cottages with the best, friendliest hosts I’ve ever met. We stayed 3 nights and it was a lovely experience. The kitchen had full sized appliances that made cooking fun. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for setting out to explore Limerick City, county attractions, and local gems. There is a coffee shop attached that brings locals and visitors together. It’s a piece of heaven."

"Aran View Country House was the perfect venue for 18 of us (!) (including the back house) to celebrate our Irish heritage with our father. The in-house "pub" was a perfect gathering place in the evenings, as was the pool room. Industrial kitchen was amazing, as was the dining room. Rooms were super comfy, all of which had their own bath. Location was also perfect for biking and hiking trips to the Aran Islands, the Burren, and Cliffs of Moher, and Doolin close by for some dinners and pub nights...
