This amazing newly remodeled private first floor and private lower level of an upper/lower duplex is completely private and separated from the second floor with its own separate and private entrance in a safe walkable neighborhood. Great for well-trained pets!

Great wi-fi! We have had monthly guests easily work from home.

The private lower level features a private game room with foosball, air hockey, darts, mini-corn hole, a card table, and folding chairs! Laundry room also in lower level (free washers, dryers, utility sink stocked with cleaners underneath, folding table, clothing rack). We also have a pet lounge with TV for your streaming services, fireplace for toastiness, a couch, chairs, and end tables.

The updated main level has a spacious master bedroom that sleeps 2 with a king bed, TV for your streaming services, sitting area (2 chairs + ottoman), dresser, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is great for kids (sleeps up to 3) with a double bed below/twin bed above (bunk bed), dresser, and great closet. When you walk in the private front door entrance, the main floor living room with TV (for your streaming services) has comfy sofas that sleep 2. It opens to the dining area with table for 4, breakfast bar for 4, and a full kitchen that is fully stocked with dishware, dish soap, dishwasher soap, cookware, blender, toaster, Keurig (and starter k-cups), and full appliances.

On the main level is the full bathroom with a brand new modern overhead shower head and double sinks!

Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, and ironing board.

Plenty of parking in the driveway, which all yours!

The front porch is private to you as well. May have seasonal porch furniture.

Located in a safe walkable neighborhood a few blocks walk to Michigan Avenue and downtown 8th Street with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and rentals for bicycles, kayaks, and pedal taverns. Blocks from the marina (boat taverns, boat launch, yacht club, sailing, surfing, power boat racing, charter fishing), and a short drive to the South Pier (coffee, shops, restaurants, seasonal mini-golf, beach), the Riverfront (coffee, shops, restaurants), world-class golf courses (Whistling Straits, Blackwolf Run, The Bull), Road America, Kohler, and Elkhart Lake! About an hour to Green Bay Packers games, Lambeau Field tours, the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop, EAA, Milwaukee Bucks games, Fiserv Forum events, and Milwaukee Brewers games.

Walk to church! Many churches nearby.

Quiet neighbors above and nearby. You'll see many neighbors walking their dogs. The unit and backyard are very friendly to well-trained pets.

We love our neighbors, and we want to keep it that way. No more than 7 total overnight guests please. Quiet Hours at 10pm-6am.
