"My group stayed here to ski at Winterplace one day and attend the VT women's basketball game another day. This space was perfect for a group of people where most don't need to share beds. Also, the futon is downstairs whereas the main living room is upstairs, so if someone sleeps on the futon they aren't in the main hangout area, which is great. "We had 4 adults and a 3 year old and 2 dogs for the week. The house was clean,large kitchen area and living room. We encountered rain each day and the effects of Hurricane Helene. The weather could have been better, but we had fun anyway. I would recommend this home. "
