Welcome to our home! This beautiful, newly remodeled property is located in the heart of suburban Kansas City. Step into a light-filled, spacious space with stylish and comfortable furnishings, along with many extra amenities to make your stay truly enjoyable. Set in a peaceful, tree-lined area of Shawnee, you'll have easy access to highways and be just 15 minutes from Downtown KC, 20 mins from KC airport and only a few minutes away from other KC suburbs of Overland Park, Olathe, Legends, Merriam and other surrounding areas.
The Space:

This is an amazing 3 bedroom house. We know how important it is to get a good night’s sleep while you’re away from home so we splurged to provide the most comfortable beds around and cozy pillows for each bed!
**There is an Air Mattress provided should you bring an extra guest.

★ Kitchen ★
You will find a fully stocked kitchen equipped for light cooking. It is also equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine (Drip and keurig combo) along with creamers, sugars and coffee.
★ Living Area ★
There is a smart TV in this house with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime account upon check in, just don’t forget to logout before you leave!
★ Bathroom and Laundry ★
Our 2 full bathrooms are fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash will be found in a dispenser in the shower. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.
If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided an in unit washer and dryer along with laundry detergent.
★ PARKING★
Our driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. The garage is not for guest use at this time.
★ ACCESSIBILITY ★
The home is has no stairs inside, making it easy to move around. There are just three small steps at the entry, providing easy access to the main living areas. The layout is designed for comfort and convenience, ensuring a welcoming stay for all guests especially those with mobility issues.
★OUTDOOR AREA ★
The large, private backyard is fully fenced, offering a quiet space to relax. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, soaking up the sun, or grilling on the BBQ, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
Please note that the backyard is not directly accessible from the house. To reach it, you'll need to go out through the front or side of the house and then use the gate on the north side of the property.

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours to enjoy, with your own private entrance and parking. You'll have full access to all living areas. Please note, the basement and garage is not accessible during your stay. For convenience, you'll enter through a keyless entry door (code provided prior to check-in), allowing for easy check-in and check-out.
Getting Around:
Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.We have an alarm system and noise monitor to protect the house as well. Noise monitor allows us to ensure the house rules are being followed and our neighbors are not being bothered by guests.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.
—LOCAL GUESTS: we dont host local guests unless there is a compelling reason that you are needing our home. Please send us a message prior to booking if you are a local and you wish to book our home.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
