"We had about 15 people for a long weekend of ice fishing and this property was absolutely perfect. We loved the convenience of being right on the water and the views were beautiful. There were more than enough spots for sleeping our group and the gameroom kept everyone entertained in between the fishing sessions. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone. The main cabin is beautiful, the entire property was very clean and in great shape, and we had a ton of fun!"

"Our second stay at this property. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was great and the host communicated clearly and was responsive. It snowed over 6 inches one night and the plow came right away in the morning to clear the drive. Enjoyed downhill skiing, playing games with the kids, and making memories to last a lifetime! "

Close to anything you might need.However, there was no disclaimer at the time of our booking, that the living quarters and what not are all 2nd story, and require a lot of steps up and down. It was just fine for our family, but may be difficult for older folks. "

"We had a great week with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the upstairs/downstairs separation made it easy for the adults to socialize after the kids were asleep. There's a big yard to play in, plenty of parking, fishing from the dock, canoes and kayaks, reading on the deck overlooking the river, and lots of games. The grandkids loved the pool. It's a short drive to Shawano for stores, restaurants, parks, and the lake. Definitely recommended."
