"Pub is lovely, great atmosphere, outdoor winter seating was cosy and a real selling point. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...

"This hotel is under new management and no longer uses OYO as a booking agent. When we arrived OYO had not sent through our booking - this was not hotels.com's fault. The new management team kindly allowed us to stay at no extra cost. I have contacted hotels.com regarding this and hope they will make sure that this hotel is given as much help as possible. The team are working hard to make this a great place to stay."

"The room looked ok but on closer inspection not so good! Bathroom had mould in the tile grout in the shower and the remaining bathroom was bare plaster. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The bathroom had some sort of sewage maceration system that would go off every hour throughout the night! Nobody knew how the tv worked!! Four remotes for 1 tv!! "A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning.
