The ideal family getaway awaits at this gorgeous lakefront property, with peaceful lake and mountain views. The home's private covered dock is located on a cove off the main channel of Norris Lake. At night, fire up the gas grill, then gather round the firepit for evening stargazing. You'll love the screened porch and alfresco dining deck!

The inviting interior is perfect for socializing and quiet time alike. The primary suite is on the entry level, with the other bedrooms downstairs. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals. Chill favorite bottles in the wine cooler while dinner simmers. After fun-filled days on the lake, cozy up by the gas fireplace!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Dock details: The covered boat dock is 42 steps from the back door down a fairly steep set of stairs. Boat launching is available on-site. Steps to the lakefront and dock are not accessible during fall/winter months and the availability is subject to the water levels. Use at your own risk.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home. Great location.
This home was beautiful & our stay was very relaxing. The dock was perfect & it was great that there was an electrical connection down there so we could inflate our rafts & paddleboards. The only thing I would add would be some throw blankets!

Beautiful Stay @ Lake Norris
The neighborhood was great it’s within walking distance of a beach area. Going in off season was actually so nice because we basically had the whole lake to ourselves. The only down fall to this house is they remove the dock when the lake water level is low which is what happened to us. We still made the best of it. The house was very accommodating and allowed dogs which was so nice. We had a comfortable stay and I would recommend this house!

We stayed here for a week. The stay was amazing. House was clean and great location. The only recommendation I would have is getting a key for the back door by the dock. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go out front door so back door could be locked. Otherwise amazing trip. Tnx

The Dawg Pound was great! Very clean and comfortable, the steps to the second level of the house was a little steep, a little hard to access if you have any knee or hip problems. Other than that, it was great!

Great house ! Just way too many steps to lake!
We all had fun ! We rented a boat and played on the lake. The lake was so beautiful and not busy. The house was great! But no hair dryer and gum on the bed down stairs on the post? Just too many steps to get to the dock?

House was perfect and had everything we needed for a great time. The commercial grade ice maker was a blessing for filling our cooler to accommodate all day boating. Dock was great and boat launch right there by house. Road is a bit narrow and curvy with trailer to get to house, just go slow. Fire pit a great touch, might want to bring extra camp chairs. Would stay again.

Beautiful Home!
This home is beautiful, with nice views, especially in the fall. The kitchen has really nice cooking gadgets, we made some wonderful meals during our stay. (A lot of Pampered Chef selections) I would only recommend a few things ~ The home needs a TV in the kitchen, and the two guest bedrooms downstairs. At the bottom of the (Back) outside stairs to the dock, needs railing asap, and a much safer ramp/walk-way, to get to the dock. (It was quite scary to be honest) Also, the fire pit area is across the street from the house, not directly on the property with the home, just an FYI for others. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us, we really enjoyed ourselves, and appreciate everything.

First of all the house was great. The problem was the physical address was incorrect. It was trails end..not trains end, so our Google maps took us 2 hours out of our way. Second thing was it wasnt a good location to swim for dogs(which I paid extra for) hill was way to steep to exit or enter for our 4 legged friends. So a big negative. Hope these things can be resolved for future guests.

BEAUTIFUL HOME
Our stay was not planned, as we were booked in the Smokey Mountains. There was an issue with our cabin and we had been relocated to this gem about an hour and half away. This home is a 5 star+ review! Private, peaceful, & immaculate! The amenities were well thought of such as; fully equipped kitchen, games, washer & dryer, etc. We were SO thankful we were allowed to bring our 4 fur babies, whom loved it as much as we did! The only "con" I can think of was we couldn't let our pups run around outside or take them for a walk because the neighborhood lets their pups out unattended, which has nothing to do with the house. The screened in porch facing the lake/woods was so comforting while sipping on coffee in the mornings listening to nature. All in all, we are so thankful to have been relocated & make memories at this house. We will definitely be bringing our families back to experience this house in the summer!!

The house is a very nice 3 bedroom. The owners have made it very welcoming and it is setup nice. Very nice dock about 45 steps from the lower covered porch. Plenty of parking space and a nice fire area in the woods across the street.

Very nice....but
This is a very nice home, peaceful and private. BUT the satellite service does NOT have ESPN (seriously, right?), and the TV in the Master Bedroom is 24" circa 2005. With the price of TVs these days in comparison to the high rental rates and fees that is a needed upgrade. Not exactly a "real world problem" but an irritant to be sure.

Amazing home and views
The home is amazing. The steps to the dock are easy. The view from the screen porch and docs are awesome. We spent a ton of time on the screen porch, even in the rain. The bathrooms could use a small check with drawers to hold the toiletries and have a workspace. That is my only recommendation. We would visit this again. And thanks for letting us enjoy it, if only for a few days.

This house is way better than the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. As we were walking through I found myself saying all it needs is a large ice maker and then I turned the corner….boom ice maker. Great property!
