"Stayed here for a weekend while attending a food festival. This hotel is within walking distance of Bristol Temple Meads station, is good value for money, has friendly staff and the rooms are pretty spacious. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Whilst on this occasion things didn’t go as planned, I still couldn’t fault the staff on the way they sorted the issue quickly and generously. It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness. "Fantastic hotel had an upgrade from a twin to two double beds in room, lovely bedding great facilities ideal for town centre too. "

"Fab location!! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Only downside was paper thin walls, noisy neighbours, but thats not the fault of the hotel. I would stay here again."

"Warm welcome, fuss free check in. Room easy to find and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely pod coffee machine. We used the spa and facilities. The only negative i can say is that it was very busy so we had no where to sit. People put towels on the beds but didnt use them for a long time. Breakfast was good. Small selection but plenty of options."
