"The hotel advertised its room as a luxury accommodation which was not the case. The room was ill insulated (a big gap underneath the door, a broken window, and no window in the bathroom), and without any in-room heating when the Kargil temperatures were below the freezing point. It was very cold at night and we had to wear our winder jackets throughout the night.
