"This is a fabulous olde world style hotel full of antiques and charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The gardens are meticulously kept and perfect for relaxing in after sightseeing - especially with a nice cold beer from their bar, the 19th Hole Pub. This is a good old fashioned bar playing great music, serving cold beers and mixing wonderful cocktails - get Pradeep to make you a Tequila Margarita 🍸! Then dine either at your table in the bar or garden or in the formal dining room choosing from a very reasonably priced menu and have Benedict recommend rice dishes of the day and serve you with very generous portions - try the Garlic prawns 🍤 🍤 🍤 Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough, Ho there, you will not be disappointed."

"Small and cozy boutique hotel with 6 rooms. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made the stay an absolute delight. The lake view rooms are also amazing - the ones on the ground floor especially so as they have access to a little garden that was a great place to relax in the evening. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to any traveler. The only nit was that food took a really long time - they asked for a 1 hour heads up - but they were upfront about it and we were able to plan accordingly."

"If you enjoy fantastic landscapes, history and excellent service, this is the perfect place for you. Our welcome to this remarkable building was warm and very professional. The reception, restaurant and bar have been restored from a factory ,impeccably with style, class and sympathy. We were showed to the room via an orginal factory evelator. I loved the bedroom it was comfortable and cosy. Can I add it is very colonial, some would say dated, but I would disagree, and the hotels pictures of the room were accurate. We ate a very good buffet dinner accompied with impeccable service. I would like to add I am an engineer and for me it was a unique experience in a breathtaking landscape. But you will noitce there are no pictures of the bathrooms on the website. There is no getting around it, the bathroom needed a refurb and if you like modern day sharp hotels it may spoil your stay. But we thought overall it was amazing and we would not have missed the experience. Thank you to everyone at this unique hotel. "
