"Right in the action of Tipperary . Great friendly stay with Silvia, the family and great friendly staff making your stay in Tip the best experience . We were there from Sydney for a family reunion for 3 nights and had the best stay and the comfort and friendliness was outstanding .would recommend anyone to stay here as it’s so close to Tipperary town . "Very basic accomadation luke warm water and no water preasure. Ate at the pub and the food was lovely and breaky great. staff all friendly enough. Lovely little town close to the beach would have loved to explore but snowing and freezing conditions kept us inside."

"Great hotel in a fun little town along the Wild Atlantic Way ( WAW). Jackie (spelling) the owner was excellent, very friendly gentleman. The entire hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. "

The room was clean, cozy, well kept, bed was beyond comfortable, and the atmosphere inviting. This was my first trip overseas and I absolutely loved it. "Our greeting was cold and offhand. We were asked too pay cash, and when I objected, there might have been an option for debit card.. in the end we found cash, we were shown the room and left alone. Next morning we found breakfast but didn’t see anyone , these people are definitely not in the hospitality business, more the take the money and run business!!"

Excellent city centre hotel

"Stayed over Friday-Saturday to visit friends based at the University. Brilliant hotel for 3 friends looking for clean, modern, handy city centre accommodation at an attractive pricepoint. Excellent and extremely helpful communication from the reception staff both in advance of and during our stay, spacious room, clean and fresh with great bathroom facilities, and a small but adequate gym for a quick run on the treadmill. Thank you for an excellent stay."
