"Very comfortable stay. We were upgraded to a wonderful room. It was very spacious and super comfortable. The bathroom was nice sized and had all the toiletries. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive—lots of choices in Chinese. Continental food was good, too. Our only complaint is that the eggs, sautéed mushrooms and fried potatoes were kind of cold unless, of course, you had them prepared for you. I also think the orange juice was canned and not squeezed. Some of the staff in the restaurant had difficulty communicating in English but they were very helpful and polite. The location was okay. We thought it was kind of far from the city center and all the major malls. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay there, and we would like to come back."

"I traveled all the way from New York and stayed at this hotel with my family for almost a month, and it has been worth every penny! The hotel is new, clean, and perfect for families. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making our extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Hookie, Sharen, and Lin for going above and beyond with their service. For the same price as a regular hotel room, we got a spacious one-bedroom apartment, which was ideal for our family. There are also plenty of food options right outside the hotel, adding to the convenience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen."
