"When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia."

"I am still shocking on what the room i had. The reception was closed due the Lunar Chinese New Year, I need to pay extra for roaming phone call to ask for the room’s detail and passcode. The rooms seems like had been used. One cup only. Dirty floor. Used amenities kit in the toilet’s drawer. Opened cotton swaps in the wash basin. The towels seems like had been moved by someone else. Broken toilet LED light in toilet. Weak shower. Poor in all the way."
