"nice new business hotel with new very nice rooms, but the lobby looked like a haunted house with no service staff to speak of and no smiles. no decent restaurants in hotel or in the area as district is new. I would recommend Novotel to send their staff from Paris to help train the locals more. "

"I really wanted to love the hotel as much as I liked other Alila properties but it was a disaster. I understand that some people may have a good experience there but mine was a disaster. The mountains around are nice but the room was so filthy, it was just unbelievable. "After 7 years in China probably the best hotel/resort experience I've had so far. The manager, Ms. Yan was awesome from the start, sending a message soon after my initial booking, meeting me upon and arrival, advising me on hiking, and making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
