You made us feel really welcome. I would suggest you choose a river view room rather than a mountain view as the building work opposite hinders the view but did not disturb our stay. "nice new business hotel with new very nice rooms, but the lobby looked like a haunted house with no service staff to speak of and no smiles. no decent restaurants in hotel or in the area as district is new. I would recommend Novotel to send their staff from Paris to help train the locals more. "
