Service needs improvement.
Luggage storage is free for 3 days only. Front desk courtesy and politeness should improve otherwise the hotel is in a great location and the room is nice. Front desk needs to be more welcoming.

第二次入住，靠近所有衡山路的銀行理財中心，走路都不超過700米。項鍊掉在酒店，客服幫忙找到，加了微信幫我寄過來。真的唯一不方便的就是附近吃的少又貴，外賣必須親自下來拿（下面沒有空調挺冷的）。洗澡間的水流不是太舒適，沒有浴缸。其他無可挑惕，夏天的話肯定就滿分了。

Rummet var bra. Det städades väl. Vi åt aldrig av frukosten, eftersom den var dyr och mest mestod av nudlar mm. Det vi hade bekymmer med var att det tog lång tid, 4 dagar, innan de kunde hitta vår bokning och därför stängde av kortet till rummet för oss vid flera tillfällen.
