二号線の駅からは廃墟のような地下通路を通って隣接。ウォシュレット完備^^。水は１日２本。ハウスキーピングも毎日。外貨両替もフロントに有り便利です。 フロントはビジネスホテル並なのと、洗面台が小さいのがネック。 不満も無く拠点として考えれば十分です。

Nice quite large, well equipped room. Very nice and helpful staff. Fantastic location just around the corner from the metro station and great shopping mall. Easy travel to all interesting locations.

大変便利な立地でしたが、廊下、エレベーターが薄暗い。窓や棚の下、カウンター上が汚い。洗面周りの合板が剥がれていた。シャワーはお湯がちゃんと出たが、いろんな方向に水が落ちるため、体にあたらない。。日本のビジネスホテルの環境を求める方には合わないホテルです。

いつも出張で使っています。地下鉄の駅に直結して便利です。地下通路で各種ショッピングモールとも繋がっているので移動や食事にも便利です。コンビニもそばにあり重宝しています。

いつも世話になっているホテルです。日本人には便利です。
チェックインも遅く，翌朝5時半のタクシーのお願いをしましたが，快く引き受けてくれました。翌朝も5時半にフロントに行くと，タクシーが来ている旨も伝えて頂き，チェックアウト手続きの準備も出来ていて，スムーズに出発することが出来ました。驚くほど親切にして頂きました。地下鉄の駅も近いですし，日本食も歩いて10分ほどの距離に多くあります。出張に使うのには非常に便利です。（混んでしまうと使いにくくなってしまいますが。）フロントではもちろん英語が通じます。なお，部屋のテレビは日本語のチャンネルはありません。最近はほとんどの部屋にウォシュレットがあります。ときどき，洗濯機が置いてある部屋もあります。

部屋の空調が良くない。広い部屋だったのでずっと寒かった。 また朝食を当日朝頼みフロントで朝食代を支払ったが、朝食場所で更に朝食代を請求された。何度もフロントに確認するように言ったが志払わせられた。結局朝食途中に返金されたが、非常に気分を害する対応であった。
