"Perfect place for a comfy ski weekend. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast and dinner. We went to plattekill mountain for skiing 2 days and it was an easy 20 minute drive. 2 adults went to Belleayre also which was a quick drive away. Nice to have washer, dryer, and two separate living spaces were nice with the kids so they had space to hang out."

"We really enjoyed the property and the cabin. So peaceful. Had a nice fire inside and outside, grilled and hung out in the pool. After a long day it was great to fall into super comfy beds. Tx Carrie for your attentiveness "

"Great location and decent building! Amina is such a nice host and a huge plus! She was accommodating and answered all our requests and questions promptly and solved issues in a timely manner. The only thing we would like to remind the other guest is that please bring lots and lots of bottled water since the tap water is slimy and you need bottle water for both cooking and drinking."

"We had such an amazing time at this house. It was extremely clean and had everything that we needed to have the perfect evening. The property is super nice and definitely took advantage of the gazebo overlooking the pond. The location is great and it is very close to both Hunter and Windham. We will definitely be coming back"

"We had a nice time and would likely come again. Just two nitpicks: 1) the mattresses are extremely smushy and two people in our party had back issues. 2) the hot water runs out fast so one person had to take a cold shower. Overall, nice home in the woods. Thank you "

"We wanted to spend a few days skiing at Belleayre and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away. The premises were very clean and provided all of the comfort we needed during our staying. The pantry was nicely stocked and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to cook a storm if we wanted to. Room for improvement consists of better beds/mattresses (I know it is subjective but the twin bed is really too soft and the single ones weren't any better) and more tableware....

This cottage was the perfect balance, providing us the freshness of the creekside and all its wild greenery, some bugginess, and a clean place to rest that wasn’t overly sterile and bland. In fact, I found the furnishings to be very thoughtful, simple and pleasing; the kitchen and bathroom were well, but not overly, stocked; there was no clutter or worry that my small dog could get into anything he shouldn’t. "Nice living and dining space. Plenty of room to spread out. with 3 bedrooms up and 2 down you can. A few of the outlets are not currently working and there may be a yellowjacket nest that needs to be dealt with near the back deck. Outside of that I would rent it again "

"Really great property for our family of four (two young kids) and our late December trip to Hunter Mountain. The kids loved playing in the loft and we had ample space for all in the kitchen and family room. Incredibly easy ride to the mountain each morning. Property is also set back a bit from the road which makes it feel a bit more private. Would definitely stay again."
