"The only criticism we had was that there needed to be a better placed grab rail over the bath, the rail provided would be great to get out of the bath but was too low to be of use as support if you have a shower. But well done for supplying an anti slip mat for the bath. Other than that we had a lovely time."

"The hotel has a beautiful lobby area and gives the vibe of a historic building. The hotel sits across from the Examinations College of Oxford University. The hotel is right off High Street and its an easy walk to the university, shopping and restaurants."

"It was a nice stay- however the breakfast situation was crazy - resulting in my husband not having everything in the breakfast as it wasn’t available and it was far too busy to wait for them to restock as they were under so much pressure with everything else.. the breakfast is what lets it down.. "We really enjoyed the location of the property - very easily walkable to Oxford city centre (either on a pavement by the main road or along the river) - around 10-15mins but in a quieter and secluded location. Taxi took 10mins from the train station despite a bit of traffic (£6). Staff were very helpful as attentive, room was spacious with double aspect. "A nice hotel, about 25 min walk (or bus ride) from the city centre. Rooms were comfortable, the double bed was quite small but fine for one person. Breakfast was good value with a range of hot and cold options. Parking was available (for an extra fee) but it was a good base for a weekend away."

"A great base for a weekend stay in Cirencester. The hotel is in the middle of town so a great location to explore the town & surrounding areas. The hotel is lovely & rooms well equipped & very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, a great selection of options on offer, everything was delicious. Would stay again if visiting this area. "

"12 of us stayed at this beautiful house for 3 nights to see in the new year together, we had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect for all ages, there was something for everyone. We particularly liked that we could sit together in the living area and eat meals together as there was a dining table big enough for all of us. The games room and pool were perfect additions. Everyone enjoyed themselves which is a hard task when catering for all ages. We will be back, thank you"
