A spacious annexe for 4 in beautiful North Dorset.

Strawberry Lodge is a private self contained 2 bedroom annexe, with a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a TV lounge and a sun lounge, and a walk-in shower room. It has private parking, a private patio area, and a small lawn.

It is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the pretty and historic village of Fontmell Magna. There are lovely walking routes on our doorstep, as we are situated on the edge of the beautiful chalk downs of Cranbourne Chase AONB.

The Lodge is connected to the main house by an interior door. However, this is kept locked while we have guests and so you are free to come and go using your own front door. There is a double bedroom downstairs and 2 single beds upstairs. You have full private use of the whole annexe with no sharing of facilities.

It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: a television, Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer, hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, slow cooker, kettle and toaster. All bedding and towels are provided, along with basic soaps and cleaning materials.

Please let us know in advance if you require use of the high chair and/or stair gates, so we can set them up prior to your stay.

EV charging is available by arrangement for an extra fee.

The private parking area for the Lodge is on the right just as you enter the main driveway, it is the paved area in front of the conservatory. There should be room for 2 small cars or a van but please be sure to leave the main driveway clear, or let us know if you need extra parking spaces.

Private patio & lawn (except for occasional access for maintenance of the garden & watering). Accessibility notes: steps from parking area, and into property; stairs to upper bedroom.

It is a relaxed and informal setup here, we do not necessarily meet & greet and will give you space - but we want you to feel welcome, so we encourage you to ask any questions or relay any requests which we aim to accommodate as far as possible.
