"Terrible service. When we arrived they did not have our booking, as it didn't include the children. We were put in a room which was not renovated and not like any of the photos on Expedia. Bathroom dirty and mold around bath etc. A terrible old shower head over the bath taps which didn't work. No apology made by the hotel, no refund either or anything to try and make amends for the inconvenience and we have complained to Expedia.
