WE CATER TO COUPLES CELEBRATING THAT SPECIAL OCCASION OR JUST A RELAXING GETAWAY!! Sunny site located on a cliff above the sparkling Seward lagoon, the newly renovated lock off apt enjoys incredible panoramic bay and mountain views, private and peaceful accommodations with high end finishes and furnishings. Custom modern kitchen with Hertco cabinets, quartz countertops,, hardwood flooring, and top of the line appliances, Miele, Bosch, Kohler, etc. There is a cooktop and a new top of the line drawer microwave for baking. New world class memory foam mattresses in both the stylish new bedroom and the pull out full size sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a European down comforter, as well as a down topper and high thread count linens. Two new large flat screen TVs, a Bose Bluetooth speaker for music, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet. This "smartly furnished" 650 square foot walk-out lower level aptis located in an area of beautiful homes. Light pours in the windows, with views to the majestic mountains including Mount Alice . Located on a dramatic cliff above the lagoon you will enjoy a birds eye view of the town of Seward and Boat Harbor filled with the activity of colorful sailboats and commercial work boats. It is within walking distance of downtown and the boat harbor. Seward's fine restaurants and unique shops are waiting for you to explore. 1st and 2nd lake hiking trails are right outside the door. This is an absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, luxury apartment with beautiful views of the Seward Harbor. The owner was very easy to work with and offered information on things to see and do in Seward. Great place!

Beautiful Seward Stay
Beautiful views from this 1 bedroom modern apartment. Luxury plus with modern updated appliances and furnishings. Unfortunately our weather was not so good so it dimished the beautiful view but once the sun peeked out for the very limited time the views were great.

To those who might temper expectations around what an Alaska small town VRBO might look like, you would be misguided to do so with the VRBO at 1125 Cliff View Place in Seward. The place is gorgeous. It was clean and modern, offering a great view of the nearby lagoon, Seward boat harbor, and mountains of Resurrection Bay. If you are in town and in need of a place to stay, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Beautiful newly decorated home
This was a wonderful place to stay in Seward with a view of the bay. The home felt brand new and was a perfect, beautiful, restful place to stay. Susan made us feel welcome and was extremely accommodating.

The property is immaculate and the location high up on a cliff has a spectacular view. The condo appears to be brand new the appliances are high end( Miele refrigerator!!) Loved this place!

Incredible In All Aspects
Perfectly located / top rate luxurious accommodations beyond all expectations / owner provides an ideal suggestion book spot on with all recommendations from coffee shops, restaurants, and even hikes. Owner easily accommodated our travel delays and ensured we were set. Glad we found this place and have/will recommend to all our friends headed to Seward and its adventures. We really enjoyed staying here. The hide-away bed was comfortable. And I appreciated the brown binder with all the information & suggestion. The entire place was beautiful. I got some ideas for my house-like the heated seat bidet & the light. :-) As I mentioned I tried to get in on the 10th but waited too long to make the reservation and it was no longer available. So I changed our day of travel just to stay here and the place did not disappoint!

Beautiful view in Seward
This property had everything we needed and close by a lot of attractions. From hiking, shopping, restaurants and bars to boat tours and fishing this location has all you need for two to three people. The pull out couch is actually very comfortable so having three in our party was no problem at all. Thanks for providing this lovely, beautifully renovated VRBO. This was our first trip to Alaska and we will be coming back for sure!

A great escape!
We enjoyed our stay. The flat is perfect for a couple. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfie couch, plush bedding, a bidet toilet, and a wonderful view from the bed. The neighborhood is quiet and includes a short hiking trail around 2 hidden lakes that leads you downtown. Nothing is far away in Seward, so the flat is an easy drive to groceries, craft beer, and wonderful hiking...don't miss Tonsina, Mount Marathon, and the Exit Glacier/Harding Icefield hikes.

High up!
We loved how we overlooked Seward. You could see our blue building as we went out on a whale cruise. The washer-dryer combo was perfect for cleaning our clothes before getting on the Holland America cruise.

Fabulous Seward apartment!
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment, perfect for two people, for 10 nights. The apartment has everything you would need for a very comfortable visit to Seward. It was extremely nice having a washer and dryer, dimmer lights, extremely comfortable bedding, coffee, tea, and even a large freezer. Parking is right outside the door. The views from the bedroom and bathroom are stunning. Susan and Gene, the hosts, were easy to contact and were very attentive to every need we had. They are also two extremely nice people. We would definitely stay there again!

Property was lovely and well equipped but we had a negative experience with the housekeeper, and as a result, the landlord. We spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get in touch with taxis to leave and were 30 min late checking out as a result. We were charged for an hour delay, along with an additional 30 minutes of cleaning, which seems punitive based on our interactions with the housekeeper. We slept in the bed and took one shower each in the property so do not believe an extra 30 minutes was necessary. After being rude initially when she arrived and we were not ready, the housekeeper ultimately offered to give us a ride - for twice the going rate. We paid it happily and appreciated the offer but she still made disparaging comments about us to the landlord. Due to these issues, we would not stay here again. If you choose to do so, be prepared for inflexible "rules" and rent a car regardless of what anyone tells you.

Can we give more than five stars???
Our stay at Dean and Susan's beautiful Seward apartment could not have been more enjoyable. The location is perfect, quiet but very convenient to everything Seward has to offer. The decor is magazine-worthy and every amenity is available. The apartment is very well laid out, perfectly suited for a couple. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the breathtaking views at the rear. In summary, we'd love to come back some day and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Seward.
