Lovely stay!
The place was clean, comfortable and very well-stocked! It is also conveniently located, short drive away from the town nearby. The hosts were also super welcoming - thank yo for the cookies!

We really enjoyed our stay. They had a Jacuzzi that was nice to use after a day on the water. The hosts were very nice and welcomed us into their home.

We had a small family reunion here and it worked out perfectly for us. Plenty of beds, and tremendous hosts! We were too busy to use most of the outdoor cooking areas and games but plan on returning.

Cozy Alaskan Home
Located just minutes north of Seward, this home was a perfect choice for our family. The hosts were beyond accommodating and this Alaskan-themed home with a view had it all (3 rooms, fully-stocked kitchen, laundry, outdoor fire pit, yard games, etc.). A must stay in Seward!

Pleasant Stay
The property is very Alaskan with lots of authentic touches. Lona and her husband have put a lot of work into making it a great experience. Lona is very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend the home to others who visit Seward.

Absolutely a great place to stay!!!
Great home and great host! A lot of thought and detail put into this place. We tried to take advantage of everything in the one night we were there (smores, cornhole, grilled steaks...). In addition, the decor cannot be beat😁...we highly recommend!

Very interesting property and hosts. Really added to our time in Seward. Appreciated various recommendations including driving Nash road to Fourth of July Beach ... great for moose spotting. Loved staying here!

Everything just perfect!
This was our second stay here and we will be back again. The house is clean, very well supplied, and in an awesome location. We had lots of fun outside playing cornhole and sitting in the sun. Great place and great hosts!

Amazing location and great hosts!
What a great place to stay! If you're looking to get a sense for the wildlife in SE Alaska, this place will surely help. It's also fully stocked, very comfortable and the hosts are incredibly kind and gracious. Our only regret is that we couldn't spend more time there. We highly recommend and if we visit the area, we'd love to come back!

We loved our stay. View of the mountains is phenomenal. We utilized the fire pit and grill. Lona was a great host and answered all our questions promptly. The house was clean and tidy.

Wow, The best rental property ever
This property was fantastic in every way. The location was quite and peaceful, yet close to everything. The owner was super friendly and helpful. If you are into animals and wildlife the place is incredible. We enjoyed the evening visit by a mother moose and her yearling. I'm 83 years, have traveled the world and stayed at hundreds of places, but never have I stayed at place that was so well equipped and so well organized. Very thing you possibly need was there and easy to find. My only regret is that I wasn't able to stay longer.
