Apartment located in the stately neighborhood between Santa Cruz and Plaza del Salvador.
It is a very nice area full of charming places, such as the Cathedral, La Giralda, Royal Alcaceres, Patio de los Naranjos, etc., all this can be found just 250 meters from the apartment.
The Barrio de Santa Cruz is next to Triana one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville, which is formed by a labyrinth of typical and narrow streets full of architectural treasures, its patios full of flowers, the murmur of its fountains and the orange blossom aroma.
In the surroundings of the building you can find bars and terraces where you can taste the gastronomy of our land, sitting outdoors enjoying our magnificent climate.
They do not need to use a car, everything they need is located a few meters away.

We offer you an elegant apartment of 75 meters, located in a typical Sevillian house, it is composed of a large bedroom decorated in vintage style, a bed of 1,50m x 2m, high quality sheets. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, TV 40 ", table for 4 people, The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and even a Dolce Gusto Coffee, a warm and pleasant bathroom, and finally the best of the apartment is its large private patio, where you can spend pleasant evenings with your friends or family. Air conditioning, Wifi.
It is a cozy apartment, we have chosen your furniture with taste and love.
From your main balcony overlooking the typical and famous Calle Francos, you can enjoy Easter as all the brotherhoods pass through this street. A unique place to remember.

Perfect Location
The apartment was in the perfect location with a well stocked supermarket next door. The host provided very useful video on how to find the apartment and the check-in process was very easy. The apartment is spacious with a great kitchen for those who like to cook.

Spotless apartment in central Seville
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, all Seville attractions are within close walking distance. Some noise at night, which should probably be expected in a city location, but we would certainly stay here again.

This is a beautiful little apartment that appears in person just as it did online. We were right in the heart of the city and close to most of the major attractions we were interested in during our short stay. Thanks for offering up such a lovely property.

Enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment. A little hard to find however Carla met up with us and showed us the way. Thank you Carla! Plenty of space, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was nice to have however the one in the living area leaks. Overall we recommend for your visit to Seville!

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location
Beautiful 1 bedroom multilevel apartment. Large living/kitchen area and outside sitting area. Very large bedroom is a couple steps down with french balcony overlooking busy pedestrian shopping area. Plenty of food and shops with steps of the apartment. Plus, the central location is within walking distance of everything you will want to see with the Centro district. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The place was perfectly situated to see the sights. Check in was easy. The one problem was the very loud AC unit in the living area which they attempted to fix but it was still super loud. Other than that all was great! Carla was very sweet and great at communicating.

Beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment, and we appreciated the chocolate left for us. The location is excellent and check in was smooth. Note that there is no door on the bedroom and several very slick marble steps down to the bedroom, as well as one additional step in the apartment - may not be the best for people with balance issues or if one person is trying to sleep while someone else is watching TV.

Extraordinary! It doesn’t get any better!!!
An amazing apartment. Beautifully decorated, within minutes of the main Seville attractions. Building elevator, and around the corner from a grocery store that has delicious pastries. Hundreds of restaurants within a ten minute walk. We’re an elderly couple who stayed two weeks in January 2020.

Apartment was exactly as advertised and it looked the same in reality as it looked in the photos. There was a little noise from the street but was expecting that after all you are in the city,enjoyed standing on the balcony watching the people and listening to the Swifts. My wife and I had a lovely time in this beautiful apartment.

Perfectly located!
This flat is perfectly located in the old town of Seville, in walking distance from many attractions. Very convenient! In terms of comfort, the flat is quite modern with recent appliances but the mattress would need to be refreshed and the air conditioning in the kitchen to be fixed, it is working but it’s leaking on the floor.

Great space and location for Sevilla stay..
This is a lovely apartment close to a great Mercado, local coffee spot and neighborhood bar/tapas place. Victoria has a very seamless check-in process and he is very helpful , answering questions very promptly. The property had everything we needed in terms of equipment. The design of your furniture and kitchen were second to none. I would recommend this property to any couples wanting a comfortable stay in Sevilla I highly recommend this as a home base for Sevilla.

Wonderful apartment close historic area
My family (2 adults/2 teenagers) stayed at Victoria's property during our holiday in Spain. The apartment is as described and within a short walking distance to the main attractions including the Alcazar, cathedral and Bario Santa Cruz which is filled with restaurants, shops and tapas bars. No need to figure out the public transportation, everything can be seen on foot. The apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The washer a plus! . Victoria was quick to respond to emails/texts prior to visit and was very helpful upon arrival providing maps and tourist guides for the beautiful city of Seville. The building is quiet and the neighborhood is safe. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would stay here again should my travels allow me to visit Seville again. Thank you, Victoria, for making our stay in Seville remarkable.

Beware
Seville is a beautiful and very special city, don't ruin your stay by staying in this flat. We did not hear from them after numerous attempts, until 11am on our day of arrival which created much anxiety. The flat is at the end of an alley that is full of garbage and uncomfortable entering at night. When we met the staff member there our first day, some questionables had their car parked in the alley and were smoking pot. When we entered the courtyard, and throughout our stay, it smelled of open sewer. As we were leaving on our last day, staff was mopping up with a very heavy perfumey substance to cover the smell. When we entered the flat, we thought it was spacious but "decorated" with a mish-mash of thrift store oddities. The bedroom pocket door did not close so it was hard to keep the room cool. There were 4 or 5 tall stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom not shown in the pictures which have to be navigated without a handrail which was quite difficult at night and VERY DANGEROUS after the a/c was leaking all over the stairs and floor which caused me to slip and almost fall. The a/c in the living area also leaked large pools all over the floor. When we contacted them to complain, they told us it had not been reported before, rather than "We're very sorry we will send maintenance" Shes trying to charge us forlocksmithwhenweleftkeys!

Similar to some evaluator before us - directly after having booked - we got the information that this appartment was not available due to some issues with the bathroom installations. That's why we had been moved to another location. Furniture was similar to the apartment described here. So we describe the flat we have stayed in. The apartment and esp. the kitchen has varied equipment (also some assortment of spices, oil, sugar, cleaning facilities). Furniture is not new and on a light couloured sofa you see some traces of usage and upholstery is very soft. For a stay in winter (we stayed in January) you need to heat with the air conditioner and that gives a smell and quite uneven temperature zones. There is a fan heater in the bath though. In total for our taste the apartment is overdecorated - we moved some objects to a spare room in order to have more space. For car owners - we found it really difficult to navigate to this place in order to load or unload luggage - people without car will love the central location.

Disappointed!!!
Our biggest disappointment was check in. A gentleman met us, showed us how to get into the apartment, handed us the keys and left. Not only did he not explain anything about the apartment, there is no book, sheet or anything that describes how to use appliances, washing machine or anything. The choice of the location I will take some of the responsibility for, but I do want to warn anyone renting that due to the noise factor, lots of times until 3 in the a.m., you won’t get much sleep. The outside sitting patio that in the picture looks so inviting…..isn’t. It smells bad, a spoiled odor and the cover over the entire space is filty. Consequently, we felt very closed in, in a dark apartment. I don’t mean to be so opinionated, but my husband and I had a home we rented through VRBO for years and I know the importance of detail and not describing something that isn’t real. Also, the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. We had come from an apartment in Torromolinos before Seville and were so happy that the owners had put together instructions in a booklet, in English, for the use of everything, the information on the manager for questions, and a welcome letter.

Some good, some not so good
This apt has some good points and some not. Good location, very walkable to most points of interest in a lively area filled with restaurants, cafes and bars. The apt is spacious and would be good for a family. The decor is bright and electic. We didn’t use the terrace because it smelled like a sewer, some days worse than others. Maybe fans would help. We also had leaking from the AC which was fixed within hours. The side street on which the building is located is grungy-nothing the host can do about that but off putting. Staff were responsive.

Great apartment in great location
Spent 2 nights, well appointed apartment with everything you need. Excellent location and a grocery store 20m away. Street is narrow and ni parking so drop off and pickup must be quick. Carla the property manager is good. We highly recommend!
