Rude, hostile, and racist young woman at the reception on checking out, who was deliberately unhelpful and unfriendly and who refused to help me with directions to the nearest main road and behaved in an aloof, arrogant, and superior manner and was totally unprofessional. Location of the hotel is in a tiny square surrounded by small streets, some of which are not very clean. Very confusing for visitors, the majority of whom are ofcourse are not familiar with the area. Taxi driver got lost trying to find the hotel when coming from the train station.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this hotel and the staff member that checked us in. First, we were not offered water upon check-in (bottle or other means). We had a long day with many mishaps and we were thirsty. In addition, I reserved a larger room with a double bed for my husband and I to share. When we arrived at our room, it was so small, that to pass in front of the bed you would hit the television hanging on the wall with your shoulder. One would have to slither sideways to get by. There was no chair to sit in, no refrigerator, no complimentary water, we only had 4 hangers, virtually no space in the bathroom for toiletries @ counter level (it was a single sink, the larger room had the double sink in the picture) and finally it was two twin beds! I immediately called downstairs and spoke to the gentleman who checked us in and was told there was nothing else to offer. There sister hotel across the way at $50 cheaper had room. My husband and I have stayed in 47, 4 and 5 star hotels in the last 18 months and most of them in Europe. We know the difference between 4 and 5 star accomodations. Being a 4 star hotel, I had certain common expectations, number one not paying for a lager room and being stuck with a twin bed room the size of my bathroom in the US. Disappointed seems to be too mild of a word to use for our first experience in Seville.

A beautiful property which is diminished by service. We aren’t high needs guests, but the staff at the desk and in the restaurant didn’t make us feel welcome, almost as if they didn’t want to be helping guests.

I would definately stay here again .With its small but very usable swimming pool.and sun deck and only a 5 minute walk to.the Cathedral and about the same to.the river Its the best hotel I have stayed in in Seville .

There was a bullfight the day we checked in and the receptionist put us in a room right on the plaza. I am sure there other rooms but no consideration was given to the noise in the plaza. For the price of the room. - breakfast should have been included. The staff in the morning was terrific- they walked us to our destination!
