Great location, access to bathroom is awkward
It is very convenient location, right in the centre with lots of restaurants and shops around. it was a split level apartment, the only downside was the bathroom which was on lower level and the entrance to lower level was provided through spiral metal stairs. These stairs were oldish and it was not very convent way to access bathroom. We were there for only one night, so didn't mind but it would be a problem if you stay there for longer.

Quick stop over with friends for the footy
I absploutley loved it here. The check in was very easy. I rang the number provides and was told to collect the keys from number 6 Afre street which was a 2 minute walk. Once the keys were collected it was straight to the apartment, my only negative was here and it was the smell in the corridor. It was similar to a sewage smell. This smell was absent from the room and outside all I can think of is that maybe they had a blocked drain somewhere from all the rain. The apartment itself was perfect for us, a nice comfy double bed and sofa bed and we still had room to use the kitchen when it was made up. The apartments location is perfect for the tourist. You're a 5 min walk to the main square with cafes and bars and all the trips. You're 10 mins walk from the bullfighting arena and river walks. The football stadium is a good 50min walk so if you're staying for that use a taxi. Talking of taxis it costs just under 30 euro each way if you decide to get to=from the airport this way. This seems a set price as we used it at 1pm and 4:30am and the price was t he same. I'd recommend this to anyone whether it's a family or a romantic break it covers it all.

Much to be improved
There was pungent smell in the apartment. The staff was very helpful in trying to solve the problem, but the smell persisted. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The mattress was very thin. Altogether not a liveable apartment. It is a pity because the location is good. More can be done to spruce up the apartment to make it more attractive to stay in.

Taste of Seville!!
Accomodation was in centre of shops, restaurants, only 2 mins walk to river and hop on bus. Location was fabulous. BUT... the bed was terrible, squeaked, groaned, and was well overdue for a new one! As were the low lumpy pillows. Bed was only a double and probably THE most uncomfortable we have encountered on our travels!

BAD:Difficult to find. In very small narrow lane. distance from reception and hotel is significant. Carryinng luggage is cumbersome. Inside narrow staircase difficult shift luggage upstairs; beds were squicky. Outside is noisy at nights GOOD: Everything is nearby. clean rooms.

The apartment's location is excellent, the room is clean, very convenient to have a lift in the building. The only problem is with the window on the living room. Nice, traditional, but single glazed, the also tarditional internal window has been removed. Because of the single glasing you cannot heat up the room, and even worse, you cannot keep out the noise from the street. The sreet is normally quiet, but a few people are walking along time by time throughout the night, and it sounds like you were sleeping on the street and wake up each time.

Un apartamento un poco pequeño
Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, en cuanto a la estructura del mismo no es cómodo, para dormir en el sofá debes subir unas escaleras angostas, la cama es confortable, el baño es pequeño, aunque tiene la ducha separada del WC.
