What a hotel ... excellent location for exoring the historical centre, stylish, comfortable, the best breakfast experience we've ever had (thank you Jorge), amazing rooftop bar with buzzing vibe and incredible views and a warm and welcoming team. They had an annivesary treat waiting in our room which was a lovely surprise and were unobtrusive yet always ready to offer assistance or jave a quick chat. The over 18s only policy really helped deliver the kind of get away we were looking for. Our room was kept so well ... huge thanks to housekeeping, you do a fantastic job! We will definitely come back ... highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Hotel Lobby! We sprung for a junior suite and the room was gorgeous-like a modern loft. Very newly renovated and immaculately clean. We genuinely looked forward to returning to our room each night after a day of sightseeing. The location is ideal-very walkable to almost everywhere. The rooftop bar overlooking the river is a lovely spot, though it’s a scene on weekends. Really our only caveat about this property is that there are several bars and nightclubs in the vicinity and you will likely hear some noise into the early hours of the morning on weekends. But overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Despite its five-star rating, the hotel falls far short of the expected standard. There is no gym, the elevator is uncomfortably small, and the quality of the bed linens, pillows, and towels is more akin to a two-star hotel. Disappointing overall.

One of the prettiest hotels we’ve stayed at that’s a combination of modern in a historic palace. Easy walk to the alcazar and cathedral and on a street that’s full of great restaurants. The service is superb. The breakfast delicious!

I was incredibly sad to be leaving, after 4 days of luxury, amazing staff and wonderful breakfasts! The soundproof windows were brilliant at night, and so was the incredible bed! The staff were incredibly helpful, and very personable. I would not hesitate to return!

Hotel lobby is a well situated hotel just a short away from the centre. It’s a very nice clean hotel with a lovely roof top terrace. Breakfast was also good. We stayed in superior penthouse suite on the front face of the building. The room was very spacious and decor was to a very high standard. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere nice to stay.

Hotel Lobby’s location is central to most attractions and their design is unique, arty and fun. The views from the rooftop bar are spectacular and it’s a lively atmosphere. The staff are accommodating and very helpful. We had an issue with a tour we booked ourselves and they helped us to resolve it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Such an amazing hotel, the design is something else. Staff are incredible and food stunning. Everything walkable within 7-15 minutes tops, and the rooms are boujee and so unusual. The roof top bar is the only place to be, the vibe is awesome and the waiters are amazing, pouring drinks on the tray held high in front of you!!! Nothing is too much trouble, we had the most wonderful stay for my husbands 60th, they just couldn’t do enough for us. Best shower experience ever, and we’ve travelled a lot. Best breakfast ever too. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that make Hotel Lobby the incredible place that it is. We will be back! 5*

Upon arrival, the staff were extremely accommodating offering us a free breakfast and taking in our luggage as our room wasn’t ready. The room was lovely and as described. Roof top bar was not expensive at all. Would certainly return.

Funky design hotel in great location. Room was comfortable but had trouble getting aircon and ceiling fan to work. Staff were very pleasant and did their best to get it sorted. Decor was fab, loved the light up hand basins! Rooftop bar was great and we loved having a drink overlooking the river and city below. Gets very busy, obviously the place to be seen. Communication from the hotel re checkin etc was welcoming and made you feel special. They even planned a takeaway breakfast for us since we had to leave very early for our flight (although it wasn't there when we were checking out!) Overall a fun luxurious stay!
