The place was very conveniently located and close to the main tourist attractions (e.g., Royal Alcazar, Cathedral). The staff were quick to fix the few issues we had, including unclogging the shower drain. Amenities are basic but the location makes up for it.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the price/quality of the hotel was ideal considering the very central location of the hotel near to the Alcazar. The room and bathroom were clean and my stay was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others wishing to be close to all attractions. It is worth noting that as the streets surrounding the hotel are pedestrian only, you will need to walk with luggage for about 5 mins to reach the hotel.

The checkin was easy and fast. The staff went out of his way to give us recommendations and get us a cab. Its a very cute hotel, family owned and in a great location to walk to shops and little restaurants.

Besides a taxi can’t drop you off on front of the Hotell, due to narrow streets, the HOTEL is in the heart of Historic Sevilla.

This hotel is located in very good neighborhood, lots of dining options, hotel is renovated. You have to be really careful in the Parking garage,it is very tight, it will take time to park the car without the accident. But you can find parking on the street also.

In the heart of Santa Cruz. Easily walkable to restaurants , shopping, Gardens, Cathedral, & university. Hotel was beautiful…made me feel like I had been transported back in time.

Wonderful experience
Stay was amazing! Hotel is in a quiet area but just a few blocks from center of old town shopping and restaurants. Just 8€ cab ride for four people from Santa Justa train station. Hotel is just 13 rooms, very much like home. Rooftop area for relaxing. Host are very accommodating. Sadly, I speak very little Spanish, but their English was excellent. Highly recommend!

Great cozy hotel!
The hotel is in the middle of the Jewish neighborhood. It's cozy pedestrian street give a wonderful atmosphere. The concierge was very helpful with info, maps and booking the taxi for our travel.

You can’t reach the hotel by car, you have to walk for at least 5 minutes in old streets, so if you have luggage don’t book this hotel because you will have to drag it in some difficult and narrow alleyways. The rooms are not soundproof, I couldn’t sleep at night due to noise from other guests. The room was good and clean.

Great hotel in the middel of historic Sevilla. Had a room with disability friendly toilet and a shower-chair. Great for people with a walking disability. Beautiful - but small rooms. Great service. Possibility for breakfast - in a nearby restaurant. Not at the hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond. Reception isn't 24/7 but you can access the hotel entrance and your room with a code they provide you on check in. Good wifi, decent water pressure and air con in the room. There's a vending machine in the lobby with reasonably priced water, soft drinks, beer and alcohol free beer (a nice surprise!) but this is only turned on whilst reception is open. My only disappointment was that there were only (very) tiny coffee cups available in the room and no 'regular' teabags, just 2 herbal ones. Easily resolved with a 2 euro mug from the AleHop outlet and a bag of own brand tea teabags from Carrefour Express but a bit inconvenient. Easy to get from the airport on a 5 euro airconditioned bus with wifi, maybe a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop. I will definitely book to stay here again - it's a few minutes walk from the cathedral and other touristy places with and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Excelente alojamiento, muy limpio instalaciones muy buenas muy buen servicio y amabilidad a la llegada está en el mero centro caminando a conocer catedral y muchos lugares de comer cerca y tiendas, muy tranquila la calle. Solo el acceso es caminando no hay acceso en carro, pero es por la zona regresaría con gusto muy recomendable
