Recently refurbished to high standards and furnished with designer furnitures, fully equipped with everything needed for a dream stay: TV 43 'with international channels, speaker bluetooth with dock for mobile and tablet (not included), comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, fully equipped with Nespresso welcome kit (coffee, milk and cookies), microwave, kettle, hob and kitchenware kitchen. the room has a comfortable bed with a light duvet. All lingerie it is 100% cotton and you have at your disposal a pillows menu (all available in the room): latex, fiber and 65x65 quadrant that will make you have a good night's rest.In the bright and pleasant living room there is a balcony overlooking the Church of the Savior.You have a closet to store your clothes and belongings. Functional and Quaint. We enjoyed it!
My wife and I spent 5 nights at this lovely apartment in Seville in Sept 2021. Our flight was slightly delayed and Juan had sent us a message that he would wait for us at the apartment. Even when we were a few blocks away ~ he came to meet us and guide us the rest of the way. He explained the apartment and answered our questions. The apartment ‘was perfect for us - excellent WiFi, clear TV signal, hot water, coffee and wine glasses, a washing machine, microwave, and a/c in the bedroom and living area. The photos describe it perfectly. There were even English language guide-books for Seville. It is located on a quiet street inside a secure complex. A couple of nights we returned quite late but always felt safe. We enjoyed the location; about a 7 minute walk from the Cathedral. We also enjoyed having our patio door open and hearing the church bells mark the time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
