Located near the Guadalquivir river in the popular neighborhood of Triana, the historic center and its monuments (Cathedral, Alcázar...) 8 minutes walking. The April Fair is less than 3 minutes' walk away.

Situated in the popular Triana neighbourhood, across the river from the Torre del Oro, it enjoys an ideal location.There are several exquisite typical tapas bars and famous restaurants within walking distance. There are 2 supermarkets and many shops of interest in the area, it is close to many of Seville's tourist attractions.

The Triana area is a great option for travelers interested in seeing monuments and walking around the city.

Fresh air!
This property has opposing doors to twin terraces. When both are opened, a lovely breeze fills the whole apartment. Everything was clean and we had absolutely everything we needed to cook, clean, and be comfortable. We would stay there again!

Not for anyone who has difficulties climbing
Nice apartment with 2 balconies, comfortable bed, decent shower & wifi; BUT access to the apartment is by a narrow, steep spiral stairway. I would not have stayed there if the description of the property had provided that information.

Short stay in Triana
Compact and tidy flat with good outdoor (balcony) space. All amenities very close by and historic centre a 10 minute walk away. Host very easy to deal with, accessible and helpful.

Our visit to Seville
Overall, this is a good property and we were greeted by a lovely person named Maria. It’s in a good location near popular attractions and destinations. The one problem we had was the reconstruction of the unit next door. On our first morning, there was very very loud construction noise starting @7:45 am. I reported it to the Property management company and they responded quickly. The property manager’s solution for service recovery wasn’t satisfactory for us and we pushed back. I felt that since we couldn’t enjoy the property for one day they needed to credit one nights stay. Ultimately, they credited our account for one night’s stay which was greatly appreciated. All of our other VRBO units in Spain were managed by the owners without any property managers and agencies involved. Perhaps too many levels to deal with??? Anyway all is good. Thanks

The good, bad and ugly
Loved the location, walked riverside north to the next bridge for food and drinks. Easy walk into historic Seville. Grocery store on site. The bad bad is although advertised as having air conditioning it is controlled by the building and despite record high temperatures it never cooled the apartment. Finally to get relief we opened both sliding doors to get a cross breeze. Finally they really need to paint/clean the balconies. And yes the spiral stairs are a bit much. Overall I would stay again.

Great neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay in Triana, a short walk from many sites in Triana and Seville sites and restaurants. View from apartment was terrific, especially evenings as swifts flew all around. Space small but comfortable, bed super comfy and quiet despite being in a congested area.Steep winding staircase to get to apartment was less than ideal.

Great location!
We love staying in areas that are more local but not far from the tourist locations. This was that spot. Beautiful citywide views from the apartment balcony. Close to a supermarket, cafes and 15 minute walk to city center. Would love to stay again!

Points positifs : bien situé, supermarché au pied de l'immeuble, loin de l'agitation du centre et on peut faire toutes les visites à pieds. Service de conciergerie 24/24h Points négatifs : Ce n'est pas un duplex comme mentionné sur l'annonce, mais un appartement en étage accessible uniquement par un escalier en colimaçon très étroit et difficile d'accès avec les valises ! Pas de torchon de cuisine, pas même une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo ! La terrasse aurait vraiment besoin d'être nettoyée et débarrassée des encombrants.

Séjour pour le passage à l’année 2023
Tout d’abord un grand merci à Maria qui nous a accueilli. La langue espagnole n’étant pas mon fort, nous nous sommes très bien compris en anglais. Le logement est super bien situé par rapport au centre ville historique de Séville. Quand on arrive de l’aéroport par le bus EA, (arrêt paséo Colon) il faut à peine cinq minutes de marche pour arriver en bas de l’immeuble. L’appartement est propre, à toutes les commodités, aéré et lumineux avec deux balcons. Il possède une belle vue sur la cathédrale. De plus, au pied de l’immeuble, il y a un supermarché. Pratique quand on veut faire des courses. Je ne suis pas du genre à mettre des commentaires après mes voyages mais là je le recommande sans problème.

Parfait pied à terre pour visiter Séville
Idéalement situé à 2 minutes à pied del Torre del Oro, parfait pour visiter Séville à pied sans avoir à utiliser les transports en commun. Le bus de l aéroport passe à 500m de l appartement. Le logement est très propre et agréable, très bien équipé et la vue de la terrasse principale est plongeante sur la ville. Il y règne un calme absolu, parfait quand on sort du brouhaha du centre ville. Une mention particulière pour la gentillesse et la réactivité de la personne qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée. Malgré l heure avancée elle a prit le temps de nous recommander les lieux à visiter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochaine visite!
