The apartment was very well located and we received a very nice warm and genuine welcome from the owner's father. The apartment was very clean ,felt very homely and was well equipped. There was a big tray of snacks, drinks and breakfast items left for us which was very unexpected. It's easy to walk to all the various attractions and there were lots of places to eat very close by as well. There was a lot of information regarding tourist attractrions and recommendations left in the appartment as well, which was very handy. Lovely to be able to sit outside in the very private patio area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this for a couple.

We had a great stay at this furnished apartment..
We stayed here for a little over two weeks as we saw all the sights Seville has to offer. The location is great nestled among small churches and a occasional church procession great to watch incredible. Ricardo was always available if any problems or questions arise it was a great stay in a great historic city “Seville”.

Comfortable and Spacious Surprise
The proprietor was very courteous, and though he spoke no English (and I little Spanish) he did a thorough job of showing me around the apartment, as well as pointing out local attractions on a map. I was really surprised at just how spacious and comfortable Apartment Alameda was. It was within walking distance of lots of sights, and I felt very safe there. If I am in Seville again, I hope the place is available.

Nos recibieron a la hora acordada, nos brindaron la información necesaria para hacer uso de las instalaciones y servicios con los que cuenta el departamento. Además tuvieron la gentileza de proporcionarnos una colación de bienvenida. Tiene todos los implementos de uso para cocinar, comer y beber, y para la limpieza. Ha sido un verdadero hogar. El departamento es amplio, limpio y está bien ubicado. Ha sido una excelente elección para nuestra estadía en Sevilla

Ideaal gelegen gezellig appartement.
Prima en gezellig appartement. Warm welkom door de vader van de eigenaar. Lekkere broodjes en beleg als welkom ivm aankomst later op de avond! Geweldig en rustig gelegen aan de rand van het oude centrum van Sevilla! Praktisch alles lopend te doen en anders pak je een van de vele bussen die vaak rijden. Het appartement en Sevilla: gezellig, ontspannen en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Appartement en plein centre-ville, très bien situé
Appartement très bien situé, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Ricardo a pensé à tout pr notre confort, il a pris le tps de nous conseiller sur les trucs à voir et à faire à Séville. On a été super bien accueillis. L'appartement est plutôt spacieux et le petit + : le patio
