The Majestic is a gorgeous eight bedroom, four story, nine and a half bathroom cabin that sleeps 22 comfortably. Showcasing a spectacular view of Mt. LeConte from the decks or the outdoor fire-pit area, the cabin is located up on the mountain ridge top approximately five miles from Pigeon Forge attractions and Dollywood. Guests have access to the (seasonal) resort pool!

The Majestic is the perfect cabin for a family getaway or a group retreat. Guests are welcomed to an expansive, level parking area and adjoining picnic area featuring a warming fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Entering the cabin, guests will find the spacious open floor plan area containing the fully equipped kitchen with full refrigerator, stove, two dishwashers and two extra mini refrigerators for extra convenience. The kitchen island and bar provide extra seating along with a family dinner table with 16 chairs. The main floor provides a half bathroom off the kitchen. In the living room guests will find three leather sofas around a gas fireplace with a 46 inch HDTV. Out on the deck you can enjoy the views while rocking in one of the many rockers. From any spot in the roomy living areas you will be amazed by the unhindered magnificent views of Mt. LeConte!

Take the spiral staircase to the two lower levels which feature eight private, enclosed bedrooms, all with king beds, 42 inch flat HD TVs and its own private bathroom with shower only. There is a washer and dryer in the hall closet on both the lower floors. On each of these levels, two of the bedrooms lead to a deck with hot tub and more rocking chairs.

A large Home Theater room is located on the highest level of this pigeon forge cabin. It offers 16 theater seats that slant so everyone can see the 116 inch Projection Screen with Netflix access. The game area on this level provides plenty of entertainment including a pool table, air hockey and Foosball with plenty of stools to sit around and watch the fun. The loft space offers three queen beds that the kids can enjoy.

Nice location. Could use a management walk through
Great location for sunrise and mountain view. Lots of spacious rooms. All amenities as described.. A few issues that may be addressed by management walk through. We couldn't enter until two hours after 4pm check-in. Both Jacuzzis were broken (bubbled but wouldn't heat up) and one of the dishwashers wasn't working. No Foosball ball for table. Since it was a short stay of two nights, it wasn't worth it to have them come out when we realized the issues on day 2. For the price, I would hope to have everything working.

Cabin was extremely dirty and most of the items in the cabin were unusable or broken.
To start, the house on VRBO looks much better than what it actually looks like in person, when we first got into the cabin we noticed that there were spiral stair cases going upstairs AND downstairs which wasn’t showed in the pictures on the app, and the stair cases going down were very dangerous to some of the people we had with us. Second, every single bedroom had a strong smell of urine and human waste and all the carpets in the house were dirty, all the shower heads in every bathroom had mold around them. All the towels in every bathroom were dirty, rough, and super old, and we had to purchase our own towels to use. The refrigerator was super old and wasn’t properly working and freezing the food we put in the side that wasn’t the freezer, and the freezer had mold in it (we can provide pictures of the mold if you need it). All of the dishes and cups were all dirty and had to be rewashed. Neither of the 2 dishwashers worked. None of the pots or pans in the house were usable. They were covered in grease, scratches, etc. We had to purchase our own pots and pans to use. The view on the balcony was very nice but once you look down all you see is piles of garbage under the house. The inside of the house was full of dust and spiderwebs as well. We had 2 kids with us and we were specifically looking for a house with games and entertainment but the air hockey table didn’t work at all. The fireplace outside was full of garbage and bottles and took over 4 hours to clean out which was something that should of been done before we arrived, and the area around the fireplace was full of bottles and trash as well. This cabin was definitely not worth the ridiculous amount of money we were charged and we were extremely disappointed with the house to the point to where it ruined our entire stay in Tennessee.
