PET FEE: $75/night/pet (minimum $225 per stay)

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE MOUNTAINS:
- This is the mountains and cell service may be spotty
- There may be some twisty roads
- This is in the forests and mountains and you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters (maybe bears!). We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters.
- There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc.

- PLEASE NOTE: Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes.

- The cabin has well water and when first turning the hot water on it can have a slight sulfur smell. If present, this should go away after a minute or two and is typically just when you first turn it on the first day. After you start using the water regularly it goes away. Also, the water can sometimes come out a little brown, typically when flushing the toilets, etc. This is normal. The water is drinkable, but we still recommend using the filtered water from the fridge.
- Cell phone service is very spotty in the area, so download the maps offline before arriving.

The community pool and fishing pond are run by a 3rd party and we have no control over closures, etc. that may occur. No refunds will be issued for closures of these amenities.

Fireplace is electric powered and is typically shut off between March/April and October/November.

Note: This is the mountains and WiFi and cell phone service can sometimes be spotty and lose service. If the internet does go out, try resetting the router first. We highly recommend you download maps of the area offline prior to arriving.

Tree views and steep winding roads.
I was pleased with my trip as i am use to driving up mountains and steep inclements but for first time mountain drivers and those who have difficulty driving in dark unlit trails this may not be the cabin for you. There are a lot of twist and sharp turns, up and down unlit roads, and when you reach the cabin parking is a slight incline with no real wiggle room for u- turns or backing up. I hope you remember to turn your wheels and use both regular and emergency parking breaks. But again, if your use to this you should have no problems. As far as my stay we liked everything but trying to adjust the volume on the tv in the living room and pool area was a hassle. The wrap-around porches was delightful and the beds in all rooms were comfortable. The upstairs loft area with 2 beds was perfect; but as mentioned by other visitors the stairs leading up was steap. Definitely not a room for elderly or kids under 10. I would definitely rent again.

Family Trip
We do a family each year, we always love these trips. The cabin was in a great location. We had a great time. One thing to keep in mind is the 28 steps getting to the main level. We were good with it, some elderly may not be. Overall, great experience, plenty of beds for 12. 6 adults/6 kids.

We stayed here for our fall break week. We enjoyed our stay. There are neighbors but still plenty of privacy. We loved the theater room and pool table. We had an issue while we were there and maintenance had to come out. The owners were amazing and very respectful of our privacy and keeping us updated. Will definitely consider this cabin or one of their other properties in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Bad access
The photos were misleading, cabin was great I'm handicapped can't climb a lot of steps. It showed main floor entering into kitchen living area, but it enters thru basement I had a hard time navigating steps. The overall cabin experience was good. Navagating the steep hard turn in the driveway was almost impossible in FWD van especially when it rained on Friday night took 3 attempts. Driveway was vert steep and in bad shape with gravel filled holes and very narrow turn. Would definitely not rent this same cabin because of driveway. I never figured how to reach out to anyone to let them know we didn't bring our pers with us so I'm sure we were charged for them. Overall it was clean had all the amineties so we had a good time.

Amazing experience!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental and it exceeded all my expectations. The standout feature of this rental was undoubtedly the theater room. It was like having a private cinema at our disposal, complete with a large screen and comfortable bean bag chairs. Movie nights were an absolute delight, and it added a unique touch to our stay. The hot tub was another highlight of this rental. It provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The fact that it was well-maintained and ready to use made the experience even more enjoyable. The well-equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, and we appreciated the attention to detail, right down to the quality cookware and utensils. Cooking together became a fun part of our trip. The overall atmosphere of this rental was incredible and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway!

Best of both worlds!
This charming cabin in the woods is perfectly placed for the traveler who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of reality, wants peace and quiet but also doesn’t want to miss out on all fun of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Traveling with a family of seven can be challenging but there was plenty of room, beds and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space to relax. The double decker porch with rocking chairs or the hot tub was a perfect place to sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It’s a short drive to really anything you need or any attraction you want to visit. We found a really cool swimming hole in the National Park with ledges the kids could jump off of into deep water. We asked the locals in the shops in Wears Valley where to go and all of them were super friendly and helpful! The local shops weren’t super touristy which was a nice change from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There’s a food truck park about 2 miles away from the cabin. There’s tubing 5 miles away. I could go on and on about the location and the ease of getting anywhere fairly quickly. We stayed from Sunday-Friday but could have easily stayed another week and not run out of things to do or see. It was truly a wonderful vacation that was relaxing but also adventurous. I would highly recommend this property & the hosts! Thank you Alejandro and family for sharing your beautiful cabin with our family! We will be back!

From the moment I booked this stay I was impressed! The communication from day 1 all the way up until check out time was amazing! Alejandro was extremely responsive, helpful and answered any questions I had. The cabin was clean and the hot tub was nice and warm for us even when we arrived! Me and my family of 6 had a great amount of space to socialize, have breakfast and dinner. The location isn’t far from the attractions of pigeon forge and is a straight shot.. the road and driveway are paved and the hill of the driveway is not that bad after the first time.. we definitely recommend staying here and we will be back soon! This cozy cabin is tucked away so you aren’t bombarded by all the city noise. It’s a short drive to big areas or the trails for hiking. Great Mountain Getaway
Visited a few weeks ago with my toddler (3.5 year old) and family (65+ seniors). First off, it is one of the cleanest cabins I've ever stayed in. The cabin was nicely decorated and cozy. Owners communicated within minutes to any needs and tried their best to assist when the hot tub wasn't working. Only downfall was the driveway getting in is steep (My 2019 Toyota RAV 4 struggled getting in...recommend 4WD to future visitors or for owners to lay more gravel/asphalt where there is a pot hole that caused my wheels to spin out). Also, there are 2 dozen or so stairs to get to the main level (stairs to climb in to first floor, then flight of stairs to climb up the main floor/kitchen), some relatives may struggle with that, like ours did. They did, however, offer a senior discount and were incredibly kind and cordial during our stay. My toddler LOVED the giant bean bags! I would definitely rent from them again and intend to check out their other properties.
