Foothills Run is a charming cabin in Wears Valley, TN nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains offering breathtaking views. Enjoy the serenity of a cabin with the convenience of being a short drive to several attractions.

Please note:
1. Fresh linens and towels provided as well as a starter pack of k-cups, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Hair dryer included in each bathroom.
2. Cabin has central heating and air conditioning.
3. Outdoor surveillance on this cabin has four cameras all around the main deck and garage area.
4. Use of garage and owners closet not permitted
5. $300 security deposit hold (refundable assuming no damages) and signature on the rental agreement are required for booking. The terms in the rental agreement are not negotiable so please inquire if you'd like to read it before booking. Check in details, including the cabin access code, will not be provided until this step is complete.
6. A late check out fee of $100 per every 30 minutes past 10:00am EST will be assessed to guests who do not check out on time. Standard check out time is 10:00am EST.
7. Host promptly responds daily between 9am and 9pm. Messages outside these hours may experience a longer response time.

Fall family retreat
This cabin was the perfect retreat for our family, and we leave with wonderful memories and an appreciate for the beauty of the Smokies and Wears Valley. We hope to return soon! A BIG thank you to our host. This cabin was very clean, well-stocked, and had lots of great amenities.

Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view
Lovely cabin with gorgeous view! Very spacious for our group of nine. Had a couple sightings of bears (one having three cubs with her) walking right past the cabin. We hope to come back again next year. Would definitely recommend this place!

This home is beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and the little things like hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher tabs/dish soap, and paper products were all stocked (though you may need more for a longer stay).

Great Mountain Getaway
We had a blast staying at the cabin!! Plenty of room and great location. We enjoyed the hot tun and the pool table brough everyone together as a family. Great host and great location. Definitely will book again!

Great Cabin
This is a great cabin with a great view! Check-in and out was a breeze. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! We saw a mamma bear and her 3 cubs one morning on the property.

We stayed for 7 nights and it was a wonderful cabin. The view of the mountains was beautiful and the porch was great. Very clean and had everything we needed! We saw several bears come right up to our cabin every day we were there inclubing a mama bear and her 3 babies. It was awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect cabin getaway
We had an incredible stay at the cabin. It was perfectly clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our first stay in Tennessee. There is so much to do and see in the area and the cabin provided us with an ideal place to unwind as a family when we weren’t on the go. The location in the foothills of the mountains was serene and the views were majestic. We enjoyed watching the full moon shine bright over the mountains with a perfect summer’s breeze from the expansive porch as we recovered from an action packed day of adventure. The beds were really comfortable. The hot tub, games and pool table provided us with all the entertainment necessary during downtime. Overall it was a perfect stay.

Great views, cabin was spotless and offered plenty of room for our family. Communication with host was top notch and check in/out was seamless. Kids enjoyed the cabin and fishing pond. On our last night the kids enjoyed the hot tub and were treated to listening to several owls that perched close to the cabin and hooted to each other. Overall relaxing, great stay!

Really Awesome Getaway!
This was such a great cabin for our family trip to the Smoky Mountains! It is quiet, clean and comfortable! All of the amenities of home (+ billiards and a hot tub) with a beautiful view right off the deck. Our host (Andrea) was responsive during our planning and made herself available if we needed anything during our stay. The cabin is on a fairly steep street, which I imagine may be difficult in inclement weather, but on a regular day it is no problem. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic, and the cabin is only ~15 minutes from Townsend and even closer to the Metcalf entrance to the Park. We had three bear visitors on our first night, roaming around in the woods just down the hillside from the cabin! I would highly recommend this cabin for a group looking to enjoy the quiet side of the Smokies with a view.

Such a great cabjn
This has been our favorite cabin by far while staying in Sevierville. The location was perfect to unplug and enjoy some family time. We got to see bears in the neighbors yard which was super cool. The cabin was spacious and very clean! Would def recommend this place to everyone 10 out of 10!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean! The view was beautiful! We loved the wrap around porch and rocking chairs! We did get to see some flurries our last day. It didn’t stick but we loved watching them fall thru the big windows. We would definitely stay here again.
