No guest services
Very disappointed in the guest services department. Check-in was easy, but there is a bees nest beside the front door, Fire pit was filled with water, Smoke detectors Batteries were missing. Internet did not work. Had to call guest services several times. One girl was going to send me a text, I’ve never received that. Had to call back, spoke with Malik. He sounded very helpful even offered to send extra towels with the guy that would be there within 30 minutes. Technician never came. Gigi was very nice and brought the towels the next day even though they weren’t needed. I explained to her the problem and told her that customer service meant nothing without follow through. Property has some potential, but I’m not sure how invested they are. Also only half a roll of toilet paper, so come prepared. Again, guest services are unacceptable especially for the price!!!!!!
