Hot tub*
The water in the hot tub may not be hot when you arrive, we change the water before each arrival and it takes some time to heat up. Usually 2-4 degrees per hour. Please keep the lid closed at all times when you don't use it.

Security camera*
One active security camera is mounted close to the front door overlooking the parking area and pool area.

Pool liner damage may result in up to a $2000 charge.

!!Absolutely no fireworks!!

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains area. As you already know, we offer a free parking spot.

Having offline Google Maps (process mentioned in the "Other Things to Note" category) will quickly drive around the area without getting lost.


Credit card processing fee (if applicable) is not refundable at any time after booking is completed.
★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★

The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate.
We recommend that you download an "offline map" in your Google Maps program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage.

To do this, it's easy:

1. Open the Google Maps app and log in.

2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.

3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download."
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download

Pets:
Pet fee is $225 and covers up not two dogs. if you planing to bring more than 2, please contact us for additional fee details.
Owners are responsible for all property damage and additional cleaning caused by their pets or service animals.
Pets and service animals must be house trained and well behaved.
No pets should be left at the home without being secured in their crates. Furthermore, under no circumstances should pets be locked in rooms, bedrooms, closets, or any other enclosed spaces.

Party:If you are planning a party that exceeds the guest limit capacity, please contact us with the specific details regarding the number of attendees and the nature of the event. Please note that an additional event fee will apply.
