the house was very nice and very clean. The major issue was the water quality. It had a very bad rotten egg smell and the water pressure was very low. For this reason I would not recommend this house. they need to do something about the water.

Great place to stay!
Our family of four had the best time!!!! Started the morning drinking coffee on the porch taking in the amazing views! We have a 4&6 year old and the gun all machine was a HUGE hit!!!!!! We will definitely be back! We had so much fun!

Amazing Property
We were the first guests at this beautiful home. It is a new build, is super clean and offers all the comforts of home. The dock is perfect and the views from the deck are majestic. Private and relaxing. We will be back.

I really want to keep this property a secret for myself but I know I can’t. I am so blessed that I was led to this slice of heaven. We call it the quiet lake house. The home was clean, cute, stocked, & perfection. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the lake or tv. Spent an afternoon in a hammock with a book. Hot tub was icing on the cake. There’s nothing about this rental I’d change. Can’t wait to return.

This house inside and out was beautiful! The views are breathtaking and the nature surrounding was amazing! The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. You can explore the land or just sit on the peaceful deck and watch the wildlife while looking at the water and Smoky Mountains. It was far enough out of town to make you feel like you were in the middle of nowhere but close enough to get to town within 30 minutes. You will appreciate the break from the busy town when you come back to this relaxing and peaceful house.

Serene view, clean cabin
Although the cabin is small (4 people might fit fine, couldn't imagine having 6 & only one bathroom but you're on vacation so it could work) and other than the steep gravel driveway that has no turnaround for a boat and needing a 4 wheel drive vehicle to pull up the driveway, the cabin is really nice. It faces east, so you miss the sunsets but you also don't get the hot afternoon sun. You do have a nice view of the mountains and wildlife; deer, turkeys, and a bald eagle might fly by. It's a very quiet, beautiful setting. The top porch is really nice to look at the lake and just relax. The dock was fine for our boat. The closest boat ramp is at the public ramp across from Angelo's restaurant, 40 minutes away. We had a wonderful time.

Weekend getaway
The house was adorably decorated, clean, and had beautiful private views of the lake. The porch was wonderful and the outdoor furniture was comfortable and great. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a cutting board). It is a quite a ways away from the closest town so don't expect to run to the store for milk. Make sure you stock up before you go. The only issue we had with the house was the water. It smells....like sulfur and showering was quite unpleasant. We looked this up and it has to do with the minerals the ground water filters through so I am sure it is the entire region. The house could really use a filtration system to help with this. This is the only reason we gave it 4 starts instead of 5.... The only real issue was not with the house which was fantastic. It was the neighbor. We were on our anniversary and had we had the kids it would have been a bigger problem. Both nights we (and everyone within a 5 mile radius) was treated to gansta- rap, heavy metal, and dueling banjos that was eventually accompanied by drunken karaoke that went well past midnight. While it did put a damper on our quiet romantic star gazing on the porch, if you had kids they would have been given a lesson in four letter words and bedroom positions....

Beautiful Property!
This home exceed our expectations. Completely updated and upscale throughout. Incredible view of the lake and mountains. Wonderful deck area with all the amenities (hot tub, ceiling fans, television, fire feature, grill, etc). Can't say enough good things about this home. Dock was super convenient and allowed us to access the lake easily. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful home with amazing views!
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! The drive to activities in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg isn't long at all (around 30-40 minutes for most), and this place is the perfect relaxing spot after a long day out and about. We really loved the direct lake access. We brought our inflatable kayaks and liked that this place had a dock for access, as well as swimming. The home is so pretty and was very clean when we arrived. We also loved the hot tub and balcony for relaxing!
