Get outside and swim right off the dock, swing in the hammocks, or gather around the firepit for s'mores. Continue to enjoy the lovely Tennessee weather as you explore nearby parks, the Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo, and Crave Golf Club. As evening nears, head for the Country Tonite Theatre for a live performance.

Back at your stay, walk into an open-concept layout. Bright, modern, and updated this space is truly a dream. The living room is cozy and quaint featuring a soft sofa and a large TV. The adjacent kitchen and dining area provide a lovely space to cook, visit, and eat as a family. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy with its stainless steel appliances, nifty gadgets, and breakfast bar. Also in this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

The sleeping quarters are comfortable and tastefully decorated, all kept cool with central air-conditioning. The kids are sure to love the bunk room's toys and TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
