We loved our stay here! The house is just beautiful. Everything is very modern and was perfectly clean. Location is good too, only about 10 minutes to main strip in Pigeon Forge. Definitely recommend!

Awesome cabin
This place is beautiful!!! We seen a bear within 15 minutes of arriving at the cabin. The kids had plenty of space to play and the adults enjoyed the pool table. Very spacious, lots of bathrooms, washer and dryer on both levels was only a couple of things that made our trip easy with littles. We will definitely check this locations and cabin out for availability when we return next year for our annual family vacation.

I highly recommend this rental. The location is amazing! All four bedrooms are huge and have their own bathroom. 2 additional full baths are super convenient. It needs a little updating in the master bedroom as far as floor wise but everything else was spot on! It smelled very clean when we arrived and everything was very clean ! Beautiful, spacious Home!
The house had everything we needed! We were staying for my sister’s wedding. We made charcuterie cups and prepped the flowers at house for the wedding and it was just what we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with adequate dishes, pots and pans. Our family cooks a a lot. So we were happy with the kitchen and gas stove. I love the kitchen in the basement as my mother and I stayed down there and didn’t have to run back up and down the stairs for kitchen access. We loved the 2 stories for our family so we had our own spaces, but were still together. The outside decks are nice to sit outside and have coffee or dinner. The host was very responsive and answered questions as needed. (We asked about the WiFi) No complaints!

Our experience with this property wasn’t a good one. We were told 2 days before our arrival that the bunk bed is broken, host offered to have it fixed on the last night of our 4-day stay but we rejected as we think it’s pointless. As we arrived, we found that not only was it broken, it’s dangerous for kids to even be in that room. The broken piece hung from the bed is about 4 feet long and sharp as a blade. So we had to move all 4 mattresses from the 2 bunk beds into game room and sleep on the game room floor. On our 2nd night there, we spotted a mouse in the kitchen. Their non-stick pans all have scratches, some the towels have red stains, the grill did not work. We find it difficult to communicate with the host as he wasn’t very straightforward. He deflects our questions a lot. Even with the bunk bed issue he wasn’t upfront in the beginning either. He only asked for permission to enter during our stay to “assess” the bunk bed. We had to ask many times before he finally told us it’s unsafe to use, then he promised he’ll have it fixed before our arrival but that didn’t happen either. The location is good and view is beautiful. It’d be an ok stay if things go well. But if not, don’t count on the host to solve the issues. 2/3 of our group had to share beds or sleep on the floor with a mouse running loose in the house and at the end the host offered a 7% refund. We should’ve stayed in a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lodge. It was so relaxing and the drive to the conference center was extremely easy. I would recommend this to anyone with a large group that needs to be close to Pigeon Forge, but wants some quiet time too.

Beautiful place but needs updates.
The check in process was easy, the beds comfortable and there was plenty of dishes and things in the kitchen. The refrigerator in the kitchen did not work and Justin had a mini fridge delivered to us after 3 days of being there. Things need to be updated, such as new carpeting in the master bedroom and stairs, new linens and more than just one washcloth or towel per person. This could be a beautiful place to stay in if certain things were addressed. I hope a new refrigerator is put in the kitchen so no one else has to deal with the broken one. I know there was another refrigerator in the lower level, but we should not have been expected to go up and down stairs to get water, ice or anything else in the refrigerator. Hoping for stress free vacation and it didn't happen.

This house is perfect for multiple family’s! Our family of four and grandparents stayed but could have easily slept three families! I was having issues with my email and Justin was quick to respond to anything I had questions with! We had a great time at this home and would love to rent again! It was also super convenient to the main road (parkway) without all the crazy twisty tiny roads that you get with most places!

Great Easter Getaway
Wanted to start off Spring Break for the kids with an eventful trip to the mountains. This lodge was perfect at accommodating 4 adults and 5 children. Area was quiet and offered enough yard space for the kids to have an Easter Egg Hunt. Only thing missing we would have loved to have was a grill. However the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of cookware, Keurig, and gas stove. Property is very close to attractions and stores if you need to grab supplies. Will definitely stay again in the future.

HGTV like Dreamhome Vacation Lodge & Location
We are a Veteran & active duty family that choose this site location due to its proximity to our planned holiday leave and get togethers around Pigeon Forge, TN. With a couple 101st airborners in our group we were honored to arrive and see the US flag prominently displayed at the forefront of the properties entrance. The WOW factor just continued. Large spacious & free feeling ceilings opened up the main room area, taking notice to the prints on the truss sized wood beams. Our combat engineer in the group surveyed it and kept nodding with a thumbs up. We quickly selected quarters, had publix deliver food for our time together here & utilized the fully stocked kitchen. it was fit to prepare a Large meal or feed our small Army! Its important to note, this property is amazingly situated on Bluff Mountain, of the Smokies. It has low volume traffic & offers magnificent mountain views all while not being hard to reach at all. The summit trails road that lead to this property had roads linned with rock borders. It has a Subdivisional feel to it with super easy access, & a gracious parking area on fully flat surface. Around the mountains, it can get scary, though here is somehow just perfect. The property manager Justin was super helpful with ideas in the area, we choose Dollys stampede, Pirates dinner theater, & wonderworks museams. The young kids in the group loved it, several mornings we woke up to deers in pairs & flocks of birds around a feeder nearby the property. Win/Win!

Weekend family vacation
As soon as we entered through the front door we knew our stay here would be awesome. We were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, lots of sweet treats, and a bottle of delicious wine. My family of 9 had more than enough room while visiting this beautiful home. It's very peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the sunrise followed by wildlife passing through. You did not have any traffic noise and it was just far enough from downtown Pigeon Forge without a long drive. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Family Vacation
My granddaddy will be 95 in Feb and wanted to go to the Mountains one last time. We made it a family weekend getaway and made unforgettable memories. The house was perfect for all of us and being able to all stay together. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom! Beautiful Home.
